La présente invention a pour objet un ustensile.utili- sable en ordre principal comme vide-pomme et généralement parlant, applicable à toutes fonctions de ce genre,

L'ustensile se compose d'un couteau circulaire consti- tué par un tubage 1 dans lequel on introduit un ressort'2, lequel y est maintem,par son extrémité prenant appui, à un cran d'arrêt 4 montré schématiquement en figo 1. Le tube 1 fait corps avec la poignée 3 par laquelle on tient et manoeu- vre le vide-pomme. Par cette poignée( qui peut être en fer blanc ou en toute autre matière appropriée), on exerce une poussée de nature à forcer, d'un bout à l'autre du milieu de fruit, le tubage 1 ; grâce à son arête tranchante 6, celui-ci sectionne, de la partie à destination comestible, la partie

centrale ou trognon 5 du fruit dont le haut subit la poussée du ressort 2 ayant pour effet de la projeter à l'extérieur.
L'opération s'accomplit, au moyen de cet ustensile, sans qu'il reste dans le tubage aucune partie obstructive du fruit,sans aucun risque de blesser l'opérateur, et sans que le jus du fruit rouille ou noircisse le tubage car, comme matière pre- mière pour celui-ci on fait choix d'un métal inoxydable.
Il est bien entendu que l'invention n'est pas limitée aux formes de réalisation représentées aux dessins annexés et décrites dans le présent mémoire et il va de soi que l'on pourrait imaginer bien d'autres dispositifs qui rempliraient le même rôle, sans pour cela sortir du cadre de l'invention ni se.départir du principe qui est à la base de celle-ci.

The utensil consists of a circular knife constituted by a casing 1 in which a spring '2 is introduced, which is now there, by its end bearing, at a stopper 4 shown schematically in figo 1. The tube 1 is integral with the handle 3 by which the apple corer is held and operated. central or core 5 of the fruit, the top of which is pushed by the spring 2 having the effect of projecting it outside.
The operation is carried out, using this utensil, without any obstructive part of the fruit remaining in the casing, without any risk of injuring the operator, and without the fruit juice rusting or blackening the casing because, as raw material for this one chooses a stainless metal.
It is understood that the invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings and described in the present specification and it goes without saying that one could imagine many other devices which would fulfill the same role, without for this to depart from the scope of the invention nor to depart from the principle which is at the basis of the latter.
