  "Dtenooohes insulations for electric machines".

It is known practice to coat the coils of electrical machines with sheaths of insulating material. As insulating material, presspan, varnished canvas, mioanite, or similar products are advantageously used. Sock insulation of this type does not have a particularly high thermal resistance, with the exception of mioanite, for which, however, mica is difficult to obtain. The object of the invention is to create an isolation of enooohes equivalent to micanite, and which is also susceptible to thermo-resistance.

 mique.

According to the invention, the notch isolation consists of a support material such as paper, fabric, or the like, on which a glass sheet is glued in several oouohes. If importance is attached to a high thermal resistance, inorganic papers or fabrics are used, for example a glass fabric and a refractory heat-binding product, for example a refractory artificial resin or an inorganic binder. fuck.

Embodiments of the invention are shown in the drawing.

Figure 1 shows a sheath with a U-profile, the walls of which consist of two sheaths of paper 1 and a stack of glass sheets 2. The different parts are strongly connected together by means of a sticky varnish and receive the shape of 'U by hot pressing.

Figure 2 shows an embodiment which is roughly the same. However, in this case the edges of the sheath are turned back.

In Figure 3 is shown a closed sheath.

In certain circumstances it is possible, as shown in FIG. 4, to divide the interior of the sheath by means of U-shaped pieces inserted into separate winding compartments.

The invention offers the advantage of a high quality, mioanite-equal notch isolation which can be established without difficulty using glass, a native product, which is available in sufficient quantity.
