<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

Automatic boiler with accelerated pulsation and burner.
The present invention relates to an automatic accelerated pulsation boiler with a burner making it possible to obtain, in a small space requirement and with a reduced quantity of materials, a high heating surface.
This boiler of very simple construction is very robust. It operates without any supervision, thanks to the setting obtained by a self-regulating thermostat. The rotary flame burner, with which it is fitted, is suitable for the consumption of heavy and light fuels such as oil or domestic fuel oil.
The characteristic of this boiler lies in the fact that it is constituted by three concentric heating bodies, the temperatures of which are decreasing from the center to the periphery, which allows to obtain an intensive circulation of hot water, as a result of the reduction of the flow orifice of the upper bottom of the central body by means of a tubing which acts as an injection tower.
The accompanying drawing shows by way of non-limiting indicative example a practical embodiment of the invention.
The boiler consists of a central body 1 formed
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
a cylinder open at the bottom and provided with notches 2, while it has at its top a discharge pipe 3.
The body 1 is housed in an intermediate body 4 with a corrugated wall and spherical bottoms giving it the appearance of an egg. A helical baffle 5 is provided between the two bodies 1 and 4.
The intermediate body 4 communicates with the annular body 6 by an upper connection 7 and a lower connection 8. The body 6 can also be provided with a helical baffle.
Between the corrugated wall of the annular body 6 and the intermediate body 4 is reserved a flue pipe 9 opening into a central upper discharge nozzle 10.
The annular body 6 is provided with a starting pipe 11 and a return pipe 12.
A thermometer housed in a sheath 13 constantly measures the temperature of the water at the outlet and at the inlet of the boiler and controls by a thermostat a fuel flow rate control valve, which is supplied by a pipe 14 and a count. drops 15 to a nozzle 16 for supplying a burner 17 with a rotating flame and quick fixing by wing nuts on two articulated rods 18.
The burner is ignited with a lel-gel fuel and its continuous supply with fuel oil or other fuel supplied by the dropper 15 and the pipe 16 opening onto the burner cup.
The operating safety of the boiler is absolute because the thermostat valve automatically closes the fuel supply, when for an accidental cause. flame goes out at the burner.
As a result of its location within the intermediate body 4, above the burner 17, the central heating body 1, the discharge of which is slowed down by the pipe 3, reaches a temperature close to 100 degrees, higher than those of the other two heating elements. This results in an injection of very hot water and steam into connection 7 which activates the circulation in the boiler in the form of an accelerated pulse.

The efficiency of this boiler is very high and reaches 85%. With a boiler of this type with a total weight of 70 kilograms, the hourly water flow rate is 4300 liters, the normal power is 20,000 calories and the heating surface 1.6 meters for an hourly consumption of two liters of fuel. This is remarkable for a device with such a small footprint, while still functioning as a security comet.
It remains understood that the boiler described can be modified in its construction details in any manner appropriate to the implementation of the invention.
