La présente invention concerne un type nouveau et perfectionné d'agrafe ou bouton de jarretelle et vise principale- ment à procurer.des moyens simples et efficaces pour faciliter l'attache d'une agrafe de jarretelle à un bas ou à son équivalent.
L'invention vise encore à procurer des moyens simples et efficaces pour réunir les deux parties d'une agrafe de jarre- telle, ainsi que pour y maintenir fermement un bas ou son équi- valent sans crainte d'abîmer le tissu du bas.
D'autres buts de l'invention apparaîtront dans la description ci-dessous et les revendications.

Dans ces dessins, l'agrafe comporte principalement une pièce dorsale 10 et une pièce complémentaire ou frontale 11 constituant l'élément d'agrafage proprement dit.

La pièce frontale 11 comprend un disque plat portant une languette .18 à sa partie supérieure, présentant une décou- pure allongée 19 pour le passage d'un ruban élastique porteur B.
La pièce 11 présente également une ouverture elliptique 20 située vers le centre ; face antérieure de la pièce 11 comporte un bord périphérique surélevé formant un bourrelet annulaire 22 qui entoure la partie centrale creuse 23. Le grand axe de l'ouverture centrale 20 est substantiellement horizontal ou normalement perpendiculaire à l'axe correspondant du bouton 15. La face pos- térieure de la pièce frontale 11 est concave, en sorte de ménager une poche 24 formant coussin amortisseur pour la réception du tissu du bas lorsque les deux parties de l'agrafe sont assemblées.
Le type d'agrafe représenté peut être réalisé en ma- tières plastiques et peut présenter un caractère élastique par lequel on peut obtenir que les deux parties se déforment sous l'effet de sollicitations excessives et donnent l'effet d'amor- tissement proprement dit.
Le dispositif peut être utilisé en combinaison avec une ceinture sanitaire pour y maintenir des tampons sanitaires, et peut être utilisé avec d'autres ceintures et pour maintenir d'autres objets.
Lors de l'assemblage de l'agrafe, il suffit d'en tour- ner la pièce 11 vers une'position où l'ouverture elliptique 20 se superpose au bouton 15, et de placer le tissu du bas sur le bouton 15. Il convient de noter que le socle 13 de la pièce dorsale 10 coopérant avec la poche amortisseuse 24 de la pièce 11 forme une caractéristique de grande importance par l'efficacité des moyens d'attache et de fixation que permet cette disposition par laquelle les tissus même les plus fins ne risquent aucun dom- mage, En d'autres termes, le socle 13 tend à repousser le tissu dans la poche concave 24 en évitant ainsi qu'il ne soit pincé entre deux surfaces de coincement qui pourraient le déchirer ou l'abîmer.
