"Porte-cravate"
L'invention est relative à un porte -cravate.
Elle se caractérise principalement par le fait que le porte- cravate en question est constitué par un support creux dont la, face antérieure est avantageusement ornée ou décorée et dont la face postérieure présente une ouverture dans laquelle on passe la cra- va,te et que le dit support comporte un moyen tel qu'une petite douille dans laquelle on passe un cercle élastique ouvert qui se glisse dans le col et retient en place le support et la cravate.
L'invention sera. bien comprise à l'aide de la. description détaillée qui suit et avec le concours du dessin ci-annexé lequel n'est donné qu'à simple titre d'indication.
La. figure 1 du dit dessin montre en élévation vu par sa face postérieure un porte-cravate établi selon un des modes de réalisa- tion de l' inventi on.
La Figure 2 montre le dit porte-cravate en coupe verticale transversale suivant 2-2 figure 1.
La. figure 3 montre le dit porte-cravate vu par sa face antérieure.

Les figures 5, 6 montrent respectivement en élévation vu par sa face antérieure un porte-cravate établi selon un deuxiè- me mode de réalisation que celui que montrent les précédentes figures, un élément interchangeable (le motif décoratif} de ce porte-cravate et la figure 7 montre en coupe verticale trans- versale ledit porte-cravate avec son motif décoratif interchan- geable mis en place.
La figure 8 dudit dessin montre par sa face antérieure un.porte-cravate établi selon un troisième mode de réalisation de l'invention.
Les figures 9-10 montrent respectivement en coupe sui- vant 9-9 figure 10, en élévation vu par sa face antérieure une partie d'un porte-cravate établi selon un quatrième mode de réalisation de l'invention permettant d'utiliser une cravate réduite à sa partie visible; la figure 11 montre vu en éléva- tion par sa face postérieure Isolément dudit porte-cravate constitué par un motif amovible permettant de fixer la cravate sur le support.
La figure 12 montre le support et le motif amovible assemblés pour maintenir en place une cravate.
Les figures 13 et 14 montrent respectivement vu par sa face arrière et en coupe verticale un porte-cravate établi sui vant un cinquième mode de réalisation de l'invention.
Se proposant d'établir un porte-cravate qui permette d'y fixer facilement une cravate et qui, de plus constitue un élément décoratif, on s'y prend comme suit ou de façon analo- gue, on fabrique en toute matière appropriée, en métal par exemple, une sorte de gousset triangulaire 1 pourvu sur sa face postérieure d'une ouverture 3 et orné sur sa face anté- rieure de tout motif décoratif approprié.
On prévoit sur la face postérieure de ce gousset une petite douille 5.

Pour utiliser ce porte-cravate on passe, comme le montre la figure 3 du dessin, une cravate dans l'ouverture 2 et on enfile dans la douille 3 un morceau de fil d'acier 4 du genre connu sous le nom de corde à piano.
Pour mettre la cravate en place, on enfile les deux branches de la corde à piano, déjà passée dans la douille 3, sous le rabat du col et l'élasticité de cette corde à piano non seulement maintient le porte-cravate et la cravate en place mais ne cause aucune gêne à l'utilisateur.
Comme on le comprend aisément, on peut orner la face antérieure du porte-cravate de toute façon, on peut lui donner toute apparence, on peut faire du porte-cravate en question un véritable objet de joaillerie. Il peut être orné de toutes effigies, de tous insignes de société, de métiers, de tous bla= sons ou armes, de tous pavillons de nationalité, etc,...
Gomme le montrent les figures 5, 6 et 7 du dessin, on peut établir le porte-cravate de façon telle qu'on puisse chan= ger à volonté le motif décorant sa face apparente. A cet effet on munit le porte-cravate d'une sorte de gaine 5 et le motif 6 d'une languette 7 qui permet en introduisant celle-ci dans la- dite gaine, de fixer le motif choisi.
Cette forme de réalisation du porte-cravate permet de disposer d'un support sur lequel on peut à volonté changer le motif décoratif et à un marchand, de fixer sur ledit support un motif décoratif quelconque au goût du client.
Comme on peut le concevoir aisément, le porte-cravate objet de l'invention peut être réalisé en toutes matières : métaux, matières plastiques, bois, etc,...
Son moyen de fixation sur le col de la chemise ou autre vêtement analogue sur lequel on veut le porter, peut être autre que celui indiqué dans ce qui précède, ce moyen peut être constitué par un ruban élastique pourvu à chacune de -ses extrémités d'un crochet qui s'accrocherait dans des trous pré- vus à cet effet dans le porte-cravate.

Ce moyen de fixation pourrait être constitué par deux branches élastiques pointues 8 comme celles que montre la fi- gure 8 du dessin qui seraient fixées dans les pointes du col sous celles-ci.
Comme le montrent les figures 9 à 12, on constitue le porte-cravate par un support 9 dans lequel on a ménagé un creux 10 dont les bords sont chanfreinés à l'intérieur, et par une partie amovible 11 constituant le motif décoratif pourvu d'une plaquette ressort 13 susceptible de venir s'accrocher dans le creux 10 du support 9.
Pour fixer une cravate sur ce porte-cravate, il suffit de placer la cravate sur le support 9 et d'appliquer en le pressant, le motif décoratif Il sur la cravate de façon que la pression exercée fasse s'engager par ses bords la plaquette élastique 12 dans le creux 10 comme on le vcit sur la figure 12
Comme le montrent les figures 13 et 14 on peut établir le porte-cravate comme une sorte de godet conique ouvert 13 ayant la forme d'un noeud de cravate régate, ce godet est fen- ' du en 14 suivant une des génératrices du cône,, ce godet compor- te une languette recourbée 15 qui permet d'accrocher le porte- cravate sur le col, les extrémités latérales supérieures du godet se logeant sous les pointes du col.
La cravate, ou le morceau d'étoffe devant figurer, celle-ci étant passée dans le godet et y étant retenue par la sorte de pince formée par la partie fendue en 14.
Ces porte-cravates permettent d'utiliser des cravates réduites à leurs parties visibles ou tout morceau d'étoffe pou- vant former cravate ou jouer le rôle d'une cravate.
Il convient de faire remarquer que les porte-cravates en question présentent entr'autres avantages celui de permettre d'utiliser des cravates sans les froisser et de plus, de per- mettre d'utiliser des cravates plus courtes et de ce fait néces sitant moins de tissu pour les fabriquer.

produits industriels nouveaux et elle s'étend également aux cravates qui seraient établies spécialement pour être utilisées avec eux, notamment à celui où le porte-cravate serait garni du tissu analogue à celui en lequel est établi la cravate ou en un autre tissu.

Intending to establish a tie holder which allows a tie to be easily attached to it and which, moreover, constitutes a decorative element, it is done as follows or analogously, it is manufactured in any suitable material, in metal for example, a sort of triangular gusset 1 provided on its rear face with an opening 3 and adorned on its front face with any suitable decorative pattern.

To use this tie holder we pass, as shown in figure 3 of the drawing, a tie through opening 2 and thread into socket 3 a piece of steel wire 4 of the kind known as piano wire .
To put the tie in place, we thread the two branches of the piano wire, already passed through the socket 3, under the flap of the collar and the elasticity of this piano wire not only maintains the tie holder and the tie in place but does not cause inconvenience to the user.
As is easily understood, we can adorn the front face of the tie holder anyway, we can give it any appearance, we can make the tie holder in question a real piece of jewelry. It can be adorned with all effigies, all company badges, trades, all blah = sounds or arms, all flags of nationality, etc, ...
As shown in Figures 5, 6 and 7 of the drawing, the tie holder can be established in such a way that the pattern decorating its visible face can be changed at will. As can easily be seen, the tie holder object of the invention can be made of any material: metals, plastics, wood, etc.
Its fastening means on the collar of the shirt or other similar garment on which it is desired to be worn, may be other than that indicated in the above, this means may be constituted by an elastic tape provided at each of its ends with ' a hook that hooks into the holes provided for this purpose in the tie holder.

This fastening means could consist of two pointed elastic branches 8 like those shown in Figure 8 of the drawing which would be fixed in the points of the neck below them.
As shown in Figures 9 to 12, the tie holder is formed by a support 9 in which a hollow 10 has been formed, the edges of which are chamfered on the inside, and by a removable part 11 constituting the decorative pattern provided with a spring plate 13 capable of catching in the hollow 10 of the support 9.
