Le brevet principal révèle un moyen simple pour le guidage, l'acheminement et le réglage positif des emballages du genre sachets.
La caractéristique essentielle de ce brevet principal est que les emballages, généralement sous la forme de sachets, pochettes et conformations analogues, présentent au moins un orifice qui est traversé de part en part et cet orifice, confor- mément audit brevet principal, se trouvera préférablement à un niveau supérieur au niveau normal de la marchandise introduite dans l'emballage.

Les Présents perfectionnements concernent le même objet, mais ont pour but de préciser que le ou les orifices peuvent ne traverser qu'un seul pli ou un seul groupe de plis juxtaposés ou plus exactement qJune seule face de l'emballage.
Selon un cas particulier, le ou les orifices seront donc pratiqués seulement dans la partie de l'emballage rabattue en vue d'en pratiquer la fermeture. Dans cette exécution, la ou les perforations pourront ainsi être pratiquées exclusivement dans la ou les pattes de fermeture.
Tout comme dans le brevet principal, il est essentiel- lement prévu que le nombre, la forme et les dimensions des orifi- ces seront essentiellement fonction du mécanisme d'alimentation de la machine ensacheuse ou, d'ailleurs, de toute autre machine où un tel cheminement, respectivement un tel réglage des emballa- ges doit être assuré.
A simple titre d'exemple, excluant systématiquement toute restriction quant à l'application et la mise en oeuvre de l'invention, quelques exécutions sont décrites en détail ci-aprs avec référence aux dessins annexés. Dans ces dessins : les figures 7 et 8 représentent,respectivement en vue ** face et en vue perspective, un petit sachet 10 présentant une petite patte de fermeture 11, Ce sachet peut être confectionné de toute manière connus, dans les matières usuelles de l'emballage.
La patte 11 est traversée par un orifice circulaire 12 La posi- tion exacte de cet orifice dépendra de la position de la tringle de guidage du dispositif d'ensache ge ou de toute autre opération propre au sachet lui-même ou à l'opération d'ensachage.
La figure 9 représente,en vue de face, une variante de la réalisation des figures 7 et 8 dans laquelle l'orifice 13 est de section polygonale; la fleure 10 représente une variante du même emballage mais pourvu de deux orifices 1-15;

la figure 11 représente, en vue de face, un sac à soufflets dont ls partie supérieure 12 de la face dorsale présente au moins un orifice 18 dans le cadre de l'invention; enfin, la fgure 12 représente, en vue perspective, un certain nombre de sachets 10 montés sur une tringle de guidage 9. Celle-ci peut avoir n'importe quelle orientation et n'importe quelle position et être combinée avec tout mécanisme,généralement quelconque,capable de déplacer les emballages d'une manière sys- tématique.
Il va de soi que le ou les orifices,ne traversant qu'une face de l'emballage. traverseront néanmoins toutes les épaisseurs de matière superposées pour former ladite face.
Quelle que soit l'application soit du brevet principal, soit du présent brevet de perfectionnement, le ou les orifices pourront être pratiqués avant, pendant ou après la confection de l'emballage. Le mode opératoire sera adapté aux procédés et au matériel mis en oeuvre pour l'application des perfectionnements visés.
REVENDICATIONS.
1.- Perfectionnements au brevet belge n P.V.31.836 se rapportant des perfectionnements aux sachets et emballages similaires, caractérisés en ce que le ou les orifices y prévus dans le but exprès y révélé sont pratiqués dans une seule face de l'emballage.

The main patent discloses a simple means for guiding, routing and positive adjustment of pouch-type packaging.
The essential characteristic of this main patent is that the packages, generally in the form of sachets, pouches and the like, have at least one orifice which is crossed right through and this orifice, according to said main patent, will preferably be found. at a level higher than the normal level of the goods introduced into the packaging.

The present improvements relate to the same subject, but are intended to clarify that the orifice (s) can pass through only a single ply or a single group of juxtaposed plies or more exactly only one side of the packaging.
According to a particular case, the orifice or orifices will therefore be made only in the part of the packaging folded down in order to close it. In this embodiment, the perforation (s) can thus be made exclusively in the closure tab (s).
As in the main patent, it is essentially intended that the number, shape and dimensions of the orifices will be essentially a function of the feed mechanism of the bagging machine or, for that matter, of any other machine where a such routing, respectively such adjustment of the packaging must be ensured.
By way of example, systematically excluding any restriction as to the application and implementation of the invention, some embodiments are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. In these drawings: Figures 7 and 8 show, respectively in front view and in perspective view, a small bag 10 having a small closure tab 11, This bag can be made in any known manner, in the usual materials of the 'packaging.
The tab 11 is crossed by a circular orifice 12 The exact position of this orifice will depend on the position of the guide rod of the bagging device or on any other operation specific to the bag itself or to the operation of 'bagging.
FIG. 9 represents, in front view, a variant of the embodiment of FIGS. 7 and 8 in which the orifice 13 is of polygonal section; flower 10 represents a variant of the same packaging but provided with two orifices 1-15;

FIG. 11 shows, in a front view, a gusseted bag of which the upper part 12 of the dorsal face has at least one orifice 18 in the context of the invention; finally, Figure 12 shows, in perspective view, a number of bags 10 mounted on a guide rod 9. The latter can have any orientation and any position and be combined with any mechanism, generally any , able to move the packages in a systematic way.
It goes without saying that the orifice or orifices only pass through one side of the packaging. will nevertheless pass through all the layers of material superimposed to form said face.
Whatever the application either of the main patent or of this improvement patent, the orifice (s) may be made before, during or after the making of the packaging. The operating mode will be adapted to the processes and to the equipment used for the application of the targeted improvements.
CLAIMS.
1.- Improvements to Belgian Patent No. P.V. 31,836 relating to improvements to bags and similar packaging, characterized in that the orifice (s) provided therein for the express purpose disclosed therein are made in only one side of the packaging.
