   La présente invention concerne une capuchon obturateur pour tubes et récipients du genre des bouteilles, 
Un exemple d'exécution de l'obturateur, objet de   l'invention   est illustré'aux dessins annexée, dans lesquels : 
La figure 1 est une coupe radiale longitudinale d'un obturateur selon l'invention disposé en position   fermée,  sur un tube. 



   La figure 2 est une coupe radiale longitudinale prise à 90  par rap- port à celle de la figure   1,   le capuchon étant en position ouverte. 



   La figure 3 est une coupe analogue à celle de la figure 1, toute- fois à échelle agrandie. 



   Les figures 4 et 5 sont des coupes radiales selon la ligne A-B de la figure 3 d'une pièce détachée du capuchon. 



   Dans ces figures, on remarque que sur le goulot fileté 1 d'un tu- be ou récipient 3, est vissé un capuchon fileté 3 à ouverture   centrale . .4   
Dans cette ouverture centrale à s'introduit, avec jeu, un têton dont un collet 6 vient en contact avec la surface   inférieure   conique 1 du capuchon 2 lorsque ce dernier est en position fermée, la surface inférieure dudit   collet   venant alors s'appliquer sur le bord supérieur du goulot 1 du récipient. Ledit   collet 6,   est   inférieurement   prolongé par un bouchon co- nique 8   s'ajustant   dans le goulot l.

   Ce bouchon 8 présente, comme le mon- tre le dessin, deux parties planes 2 (figure   4)   ou une ou plusieurs rainures 10   (figure 5)   
En dévissant plus ou moins le capuchon 2 du goulot, le capuchon se dispose en sorte que le contenu du récipient l peut   s'échapper   en   s'achemi-   nant le long du bouchon conique 8 et de l'espace annulaire entre l'ouverture 4 et le têton 5 (voir figure   2);   par le relâchement très réduit de l'élément de guidage formé par les parties 5,6 et 8, son basculement est exelu.

An exemplary embodiment of the shutter, object of the invention is illustrated in the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG. 1 is a longitudinal radial section of a shutter according to the invention arranged in the closed position, on a tube.



   FIG. 2 is a longitudinal radial section taken at 90 degrees relative to that of FIG. 1, the cap being in the open position.



   FIG. 3 is a section similar to that of FIG. 1, however on an enlarged scale.



   Figures 4 and 5 are radial sections along the line A-B of Figure 3 of a part detached from the cap.



   In these figures, it can be seen that a threaded cap 3 with a central opening is screwed onto the threaded neck 1 of a tube or container 3. .4
In this central opening to be introduced, with play, a stud, a collar 6 of which comes into contact with the conical lower surface 1 of the cap 2 when the latter is in the closed position, the lower surface of said collar then coming to rest on the upper edge of the neck 1 of the container. Said collar 6 is extended below by a conical plug 8 fitting into the neck 1.

   This cap 8 has, as shown in the drawing, two flat parts 2 (figure 4) or one or more grooves 10 (figure 5)
By unscrewing the cap 2 more or less from the neck, the cap is arranged so that the contents of the receptacle l can escape by moving along the conical stopper 8 and the annular space between the opening 4 and the stud 5 (see FIG. 2); by the very reduced relaxation of the guide element formed by the parts 5, 6 and 8, its tilting is exelu.

Claims

CLAIMS. l.- Stopper cap for tubes and bottle-type containers, characterized in that in the central opening of the stopper cap, screwed on the neck of the container, penetrates a stud, a neck of which comes into contact with the conical lower surface of the cap when the latter is in the closed position, the lower surface of said collar coming into contact with the upper edge of the neck, said collar being inferiorly extended by a conical stopper fitting into the neck and constituting the element - guiding ment.

2.- Stopper cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the stopper of the guide element penetrating into the neck of the receptacle has one or two opposite flat parts.

3.- Stopper cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the stopper of the guide element penetrating into the neck of the receptacle has one or more longitudinal grooves.
