VEHICULE POUR DISTRIBUER PAR QUANTITES DOSEES EN DIVERS-POSTES DE CONSOMMATION
EMI1.1

VEHICLE FOR DISTRIBUTING IN DOSE QUANTITIES IN VARIOUS CONSUMPTION STATIONS
EMI1.1
, PBLVEtt-ULENT MATERIALS IN A DRY STATE.
In applicants' patents Nos. 473 848 and 474 023, a method has been described for delivering products in metered quantities to various consumption stations, which consists of loading a vehicle in bulk with a considerable quantity of the product, driving this vehicle. and its reserve successively at the various consumption stations, to be debited at each station of the dosed quantities, by weight or by volume, using mechanical, automatic or semi-automatic means and forming part of the vehicle or accompanying it. , and to deliver these quantities to these consumption points. It is intended to subject the product during these operations to other treatments or operations liable to produce mechanical or physical effects, such as grinding, sieving, vibration or the like.
Applicants' patents Noso 474,150 and 502,513 describe a vehicle for practicing this method, more particularly for calibrated materials, such as coal to be distributed to various customers. This vehicle comprises a hopper-shaped tank containing the spare coal in bulk and an evacuation corridor, then in combination a metering device, more especially a suspended scale, a suspension member for a receptacle intended to collect the quantity. metered dose of the product and a translating device to bring this loaded container into a position favorable to its subsequent handling.
The present invention consists in the application of the aforesaid method and vehicle to the distribution of powdery materials in the dry state, such as cement, sand, plaster and the like. The highly variable conditioning of these materials requires appropriate means to ensure the flow rate of the hopper and of the distribution discharge passage.
According to the invention, the discharge passage fed by the open bottom of the hopper and secured therewith will be in the form of a discharge chute.

closed distribution, directed downwards in a suitable slope and provided with an outlet of determined section to let the material fall into a container or collection bag, which is suspended from a balance as described in patent No. 474 150.
This distribution chute will be subjected to vibrations by the intervention of vibrating elements, preferably arranged near the entrance close to the trémiēand near the aforementioned exit. These vibrators will suitably be of the rotary type with ba - heavy, acting on reinforcing profiles of the chute and the hopper o The cross section of the chute will preferably be rectangular, decreasing from the inlet at the top to the outlet and the latter will be provided with a mobile helmet used to seal the exit after a weighing or dosing operation and when the vehicle is at rest.
The unbalanced vibrators will suitably have their direction of rotation opposite to the flow of the material and the chute will be provided inside with wave-breaking baffles, for example in the form of scrapers suspended from the upper wall of the chute, the mission these baffles being to standardize the flowing layer on the lower wall of the chute.
The accompanying drawing shows in elevation and schematically these various improved means used in a vehicle according to patents Nos. 474 150 - 502 513, for use in the distribution of powder material
The hopper 1 feeds the distribution chute 2 which ends with a nozzle 3 directed towards the collecting container 13 supported by a bracket 12 hooked to the spout 11 of the beam of the suspended scale 10. The feed of the chute 2 is regulated by register 14 which controls the flow rate of the hopper. A U-profile 6 reinforces the bottom de'la chute and the corresponding plane of the hopper.
