  APPAREIL A   DECOUPER,   EN PARTICULIER POUR MATIERES ALIMENTAIRES. 



   La présente invention est relative à un appareil à découper, en particulier pour matières   alimentaires..   au moyen duquel la matière à traiter est amenée, à l'aide d'un dispositif d'avancement manoeuvré à la main, au-droit d'un disque tranchant pouvant être mis en rotation à la main autour d'un axe horizontal et muni de 'découpures et de couteaux, le dit appareil étant caractérisé en ce que le disque tranchant tourillonne dans l'une des extrémités d'une auge horizontale  parallèle à son axe de rotation-et destinée à recevoir la matière à traiter et en ce que qu'un coulisseau, pouvant être déplacé le long de cette auge,

   comporte un élément de préhension destiné à être saisi dans la main et un organe d' entraînement pénétrant à 1'intérieur de l'auge en vue de   l'avancement   de la matière à découperla disposition étant telle que l'opérateur   sai- .   sissant   dune   main le coulisseau, peut tourner de l'autre main le disque tranchant, tandis qu'il contrôle   l'avancement   de la matière à découper en faisant avancer le coulisseau par rapport   à,lauge.   



  Ce dispositif permet, moyennant une construction appropriée, d'adapter avantageusement la commande de l'avancement du coulisseau', et par suite celle de la matière à   de**couper,,   aux conditions éventuelles résultent de la diversité des matières à découper et à réaliser par conséquent le dé- coupage dans les meilleures conditions possibles. 



  On peut par.conséquent découper sans difficulté les matières les plus diverses, telles par exemple que les légumes, qu'il s'agisse de pommes de terre, navets, carottes, oignons ou autres légumes, de saucisses et saucis- sons, des diverses sortes de fromages, etc. 



   Au dessin annexé, qui représente à titre d'exemple un mode de réalisation de l'appareil selon 1'invention -La figure 1 est une coupe transversale selon la ligne A - A de la figure 2, et

   L'appareil représenté comprend une auge 1, par exemple en matière plastique connue sous la marque de fabrique "Plexiglas" dont'le bord du cote droit à la forme d'un support 2 tubulaire disposé le long de l'auge et à l'intérieur duquel passe un arbre rotatif 3 à l'une des extrémités duquel est calé un disque tranchant; ce dernier consiste en un disque 4 sur lequel sont fixés deux couteaux 5 et présente une poignée 6 au moyen de laquelle on peut le mettre en rotation à la main. 



  Une rondelle d'écartement 7, intercalée entre le disque 4 et l'auge 1, permet de prévoir un certain jeu entre l'auge et les couteaux. 



  L'extrémité libre de l'arbre 3 est en forme de tourillon fileté, 'sur le- quel est vissé un écrou 8 empêchant tout déplacement relatif longitudinal de l'auge et du disque tranchant. 



   Au voisinage des couteaux 5 en arc de cercle, le disque 4 pré- sente des découpures 9, également en arc de cercle, à travers lesquelles la matière découpée peut être évacuée.   ':   
Le long de l'auge 1 peut se déplacer un coulisseau qui comporte un élément de préhension 10 entourant la face inférieure de l'auge et dont l'extrémité située en regard du disque tranchant est pourvue d'une paroi de bout 11. 



    Cette.paroi   présente une découpure 12 à travers laquelle on peut faire glisser la paroi de l'auge. 



  La partie de la paroi 11 qui pénètre à l'intérieur de l'auge et qui sert à l'a- vancement de la matière à découper présente sur sa face en regard du disque tranchant des saillies 13 en forme de nervures, destinées à maintenir la ma- tière à découper. 



  La même face de la paroi 11 comporte en outre une butée   14,   qui, en coopé- ration avec la partie périphérique du disque 4 qui est située à l'extérieur des couteaux 5. sert à limiter la course du coulisseau. 



  L'élément 10 est muni sur ses bords longitudinaux de saillies 15 et 16 res- pectivement, dirigées vers l'intérieur, et qui reposent sur le bord de 1' auge 1 et du support 2 respectivement en vue d'assurer le guidage du cou- lisse au.. 



   Pour se servir de l'appareil, l'opérateur saisit l'élément 10 de la main gauche et le maintient de manière à faire occuper à l'auge 1 la position horizontale. 



  Puis il retire le coulisseau,dans la direction opposée à celle indiquée par la flèche   17,  d'une distance suffisante pour qu'il puisse déposer dans l'auge 1 la matière à découper, entre la paroi de bout 11 et le disque 4. 



  Il saisit ensuite la poignée 6 dans sa main droite et fait tourner le dis- que dans la'direction indiquée par la flèche 18.
