'AGENCEMENT DE FOND MOBILE DE DECHARGEMENT.
La présente invention a trait à un agencement de fond mobile de déchargement, prévu pour l'ouverture de fond d'un récipient ou cuve et cons- titué par un disque coulissant plan et un bras de support se prolongeant par une tige et guidant le disque, ledit bras de support étant supporté près de la cuve et se caractérisant essentiellement par le fait que son palier est disposé de telle façon que l'axe de ce dernier forme un angle obtus avec le plan de l'ouverture de la cuve et que la partie du disque tournée vers l'ou- verture soit d'une largeur plus grande que cette ouverture et soit avantageu- sement pourvue d'angles.
Lorsqu'on déchargé'une matière pulvérulente ou de la poussière adhérente, notamment, il est difficile d'utiliser les moyens de déchargement connus.. La présente invention a pour avantage qu'une bonne - ,fermeture entre l'ouverture de fond de la cuve et le disque coulissant est toujours obte- nue. Dans les moyens de déchargement prévus pour décharger de la poussière de cyclones et d'appareils de purification analogues, un inconvénient impor- tant apparaît si de l'air est introduit dans le cyclone ou le purificateur pendant les mouvements du moyen de décharge. Ceci est évité grâce au fond mobile dé déchargement nouveau.
Selon une variante du mode de réalisation, le disque est monté sur le bras de support au moyen d'un anneau fixé au bras, entre deux oreil- les faisant saillie du centre du disque, oreilles dans lesquelles passent l'une des extrémités du bras.
L'anneau présente des bords arrondis de façon sphérique, sui- vant un mode d'exécution avantageux, et le bras' de support passe dans des trous des oreilles, avec un certain jeu. De cette manière, il est possi- ble d'obtenir une très bonne fermeture entre le bras de support, prolongé par une tige, et le disque coulissant, à l'ouverture de fond de la cuve.

mité du bras de support se trouve juste en dessous du centre de l'ouverture de la cuve. Ceci correspond à la position fermée du fond mobile de décharge- ment. Afin d'empêcher que le fond mobile ne se dégage et ne s'ouvre'sous' l'effet des vibrations des ventilateurs et analogues', le disque est pourvu, suivant un mode de réalisation spécial, avantageux, de l'invention, d'une tête de butée. Cette tête de butée est prévue de telle façon que la position d'arrêt corresponde à la position pour laquelle l'extrémité du bras de sup- port a dépassée le centre de l'ouverture de la cuve.
L'invention sera maintenant décrite de façon plus détaillée avec référence au dessin ci-annexé, dans lequel : la figure 1 montre une coupe de l'agencement de déchargement, et la figure 2, une vue en plan, de dessus de la cuve, avec le disque, le bras de support (la tige) et le palier du bras de support.
Au dessin, 1 désigne une cuve, avec des parois latérales 18 et les rebords 19,de telle façon que la cuve puisse être connectée à un cyclo- ne ou à un dispositif séparateur de poussière analogue. 4 désigne un réci- pient, représenté partiellement, auquel est fixé une bride 3, servant de sup- port pour un palier 5, 6, 7 et 8. On peut régler la friction entre un bras de support 2, 9 et 10, passant par le palier, et les surfaces'du palier, en faisant glisser les éléments de palier de type connu. Le disque coulissant est désigné par 17; il présente deux oreilles 12 et 14, en son centre. En- tre ces oreilles, il est disposé une bague 13, qui est fixée à l'extrémité 16 du bras de support.
L'anneau a des bords arrondis de façon sphérique comme il a été mentionné plus haut, et un certain jeu est prévu pour le pas- sage du bras de,support dans les oreilles 12 et 14. Pour garantir que le disque coulissant passe près du plan de l'ouverture de la cuve lorsqu'il est guidé d'une position d'ouverture vers une position de fermeture, on peut prévoir deux chevilles à l'anneau 13, à une distance angulaire réciproque par exemple de 45 . Ces chevilles limitent les mouvements d'inclinaison du disque, avec un jeu convenable, dans chaque sens.
REVENDICATIONS.
