L'invention se rapporte principalement mais non limitativement une poignée du genre de celles utilisées dans les tramways, treleybus, autobus et autres moyens de locomotion pour le transport en commun de personnes et destinées à permettre aux passagers de s'y tenir pendant la marche du véhicule.
On a remarqué que de telles poignées sont soumises, à intervalles, à des tractions de la part de ceux qui s'y agrippent.
Selon l'invention, on prévoit d'utiliser le mouvement de traction suivi d'un relâchement de l'effort exercé pour actionner un dispositif faisant se modifier un panneau publicitaire ou faisant succéder à un tel panneau présentant d'autres particularités publicitaires.

Lorsqu'une traction est exercée sur la poignée 12, le ressort 16 se comprime et la tige 15,-par sa clavette 19 soulève le balancier 18 qui oscille à une de ses extrémités autour d'un axe 20 solidaire du boitier 13.
L'autre extrémité se soulevé entraînant vers lé haut une coulissé dentée 21 suspendue à cette extrémité par une boucle terminalé 22 et assujettie par'une clavette 23. Les dents 24 de la coulisse 21 entraînent en rotation le' cylindre 25 qui tourillonne dans les supports 26 et 27 du boîtier 13, par agrippage d' un bout carré 28 de l'axe 29.
Pour l'agrippage du bout carré, une lamelle en acier à ressort 30 solidaire de la coulisse dentée 21 coopère avec les dents 24 en exerçant un pression maintenant le bout carré 28 contre la partie dentée de la coulisse 21. Une dent 31 solidaire du boîtier 13 sert de guide à la coulisse 21.
Il est évident que l'invention n'est pas limitée à l'exemple décrit et/ou représenté et que bien des modifications peuvent être apportées au genre, au nombre, à la forme et aux dimensions des éléments intervenant dans sa réalisation sans pour cela sortir du cadre de celle-ci.
