Le dispositif comporte un petit cylindre pouvant se déplacer axialement le long du capuchon du crayon et agissant sur un petit tube portant
la pointe à écrire ou analogue. Ce cylindre peut prendre deux positions pour maintenir la pointe à écrire sortie ou rentrée par rapport au corps du crayon. Dans sa position rentrée le cylindre est légèrement oblique pour amener une gorge pratiquée dans ce cylindre en prise avec un rebord intérieur du capuchon; dans sa position sortie le cylindre appuie par un épaulement inférieur contre ledit rebord sous l'action d'un ressort agissant sur le tube pour faire rentrer la pointe à écrire. L'invention vise également des crayons à
bille ou analogues à pointe rentrante munis du dispositif précité.

Sur l'extrémité supérieure du corps 1 est vissé un capuchon 7 maintenant l'agrafe 8 et muni d'un trou axial dans lequel se meut un cylindre 9 muni à son extrémité inférieure d'un renflement 10 ayant un faible jeu par rapport au trou. du capuchon et se terminant en bas par une surface convexe, qui appuie sur l'extrémité supérieure du tube. Le cylindre 9 est muni en outre d'une gorge annulaire 11 dans laquelle peut s'engager un rebord intérieur 12 prévu à l'extrémité supérieure du capuchon 7"
Le cylindre 9 peut prendre deux positions pour tenir la pointe 3 respectivement dans sa position sortie pour écrire, ou rentrée. Dans sa position abaissée le cylindre est légèrement oblique par rapport au trou du capuchon 7 et permet le faible jeu de sa partie renflée 10 par rapport au trou, en vue de venir s'engager par sa gorge 11 dans le rebord 12 du capuchon. Cette disposition oblique est déterminée par la pression exercée par le tube 2 sur la surface convexe du cylindre.
Pour faire rentra-la pointe ou analogue 3, on déplace l'extrémité

de façon à dégager la gorge 11 du bord 12, en permettant ainsi au ressort 6
de pousser vers le haut le tube-2 en amenant l'épaulement 10 du cylindre contre le rebord 12, ce qui fait rentrer la pointe 3 dans le corps du crayon
Le dispositif est d'un fonctionnement sûr, et, grâce à sa simplicité extrême, est de fabrication très bon marché.
REVENDICATIONS.
1. Dispositif de manoeuvre pour pointe à écrire rentrante de crayons à bille ou analogues caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un cylindre pouvant être déplacé axialement le long du capuchon du crayon et agissant sur le tube portant la pointe à écrire ou analogue, ce cylindre pouvant prendre deux positions pour maintenir la pointe à écrire sortie ou rentrée par rapport au corps du crayon, le cylindre étant, en position rentrée, légèrement oblique pour venir s'engager par une gorge dans un rebord intérieur du capuchon et appuyant en position sortie par un épaulement inférieur contre ce rebord sous l'action d'un ressort agissant sur le tube portant la pointe à écrire-.
