La présente invention est relative aux échafaudages. Elle con- cerne, en particulier. des boulons. c'est-à-dire des éléments d'échafaudage. qui servent à supporter la plateforme de travail et qui présentent à une ex- trémité une partie plane ou patte. grâce à laquelle ladite extrémité peut être supportée sur ou dans un mur.
Il est souhaitable que le nombre d'accessoires détachés, tels que dispositifs de fixation ou dispositifs d'accouplement, soit réduit au minimum sur un chantier de construction. Il est également souhaitable que le nombre de pièces d'échafaudage différentes soit réduit au minimum. C'est en tenant compte de ces considérations que la présente invention a été con- çue.
L'invention concerne un élément d'échafaudage présentant, à une extrémité, une partie plane ou patte de boulin et, à son autre extrémité, des moyens pour le relier à un montant et pour l'assujettir ou le fixer à une moise ou filière d'échafaudage.
Lors de l'édification d'un échafaudage à boulins avec un tel élément, on n'a besoin que de trois pièces différentes, à savoir des montants, des moises ou filières et des boulins, les boulins comportant les moyens de connexion essentiels, qui permettent de se passer de dispositifs de fixation ou d'accouplement séparéso
Dans un échafaudage indépendant, les montants sont reliés entre eux par des moises ou filières s'étendant dans une direction et par des traverses s'étendant dans une direction perpendiculaire à celle des moises ou filières.
Conformément à l'invention, de telles traverses sont agencées de façon à pouvoir également être utilisées comme boulins dans un échafaudage à boulins. A cette fin.une traverse est munie à chacune de ses extrémités de moyens pour la relier à un montant et pour la fixer à une moise ou filière, tandis qu'à une extrémité la traverse présente une partie plane ou patte.
Cette partie plane ou patte peut aussi faire partie ou être fixée à un élément, qui peut être reçu par celui des moyens de liaison Aux montants, qui n'est pas en serviceo
Pour que l'invention puisse être bien comprise, on la décrira davantage, en se référant aux dessins ci-annexés, donnés à titre d'exemple et dans lesquels - la figure 1 est une vue en élévation latérale d'un boulin destiné à être utilisé dans un échafaudage à boulins ; - la figure 2 est une vue en plan correspondant à la figure 1; - la figure 3 montre une forme modifiée de l'extrémité de boulin de l'élément montré aux figures 1 et 2, agencée pour permettre son utilisation comme traverse d'échafaudage indépendant ;
- les figures 4 et 5 montrent des échafaudages, dans lesquels sont utilisés respectivement les éléments d'échafaudage des figures 1, 2 et 3, et - la figure 6 représente une allonge ou raccord de boulin.
L'élément d'échafaudage 10, représenté aux figures 1 et 2, se compose d'un tube 12 présentant, à son extrémité de droite, une partie plane ou patte de boulin 14 obtenue par aplatissement du tube. A son autre extrémité est fixé un élément de connexion 15 formé par emboutissage d'une plaque en acier-et comportant, d'une part,une courte partie tubulaire 16 s'étendant perpendiculairement au tube 12 et servant à recevoir un montant d'échafau- dage et, d'autre part, un dispositif de fixation ou serrage 18 servant à assujettir l'élément de connexion à une moise ou filière.

La variante représentée à la figure 3 consiste à munir l'élément d'échafaudage d'un élément de connexion 15 à chacune de ses extrémités et à fixer une pièce plate ou patte de boulin 20 à un des éléments de connexion. de manière à former un élément d'échafaudage 21., qui peut être utilisé tant comme traverse pour relier entre eux deux montants d'un échafaudage indépendant que comme boulin dans un échafaudage à boulins.
La figure 4 représente un échafaudage à boulins comportant des montants 22, des moises ou filières 24 et des boulins 10 et 21. L'échafaudage pourrait évidemment ne comporter qu'un seul type de boulin. A l'extrémité de gauche de la figure 4, on a représenté un boulin 10, mais il va de soi qu'au lieu d'un tel boulin 10, on peut utiliser un boulin 21.
La figure 5 représente un échafaudage indépendant comportant des montants 22, des moises ou filières 24 et des traverses 21. Un tel échafaudage peut être ancré à un mur à l'aide de boulins 10 ou 21 montés entre des montants comme à la figure 4.
La figure 6 représente une allonge, qui peut être utilisée pour transformer en un boulin ayant les caractéristiques de celui illustré à la figure 3. une traverse démunie d'une partie plane ou patte d'ancrage 20. telle que celle représentée à la figure 3.
Cette allonge comporte une patte de boulin 26 constituée par une aile d'une pièce de section en Z. à 1='autre aile 28 de laquelle est soudé un court tube ou une courte tige 30, qui peut être engagé dans la partie tubulaire 16 d'un élément de connexion 15. Une telle allonge présente évidemment l'inconvénient de constituer une pièce détachée, qui peut se perdre ou être endommagée sur un chantier.
REVENDICATIONS.-
1.- Elément d'échafaudage présentant à une extrémité une partie plane ou patte de boulin et à son autre extrémité des moyens pour le relier à un montant et le fixer à une moise ou filière.
2.- Elément d'échafaudage suivant la revendication 1, comportant à chacune de ses extrémités des moyens pour le relier à un montant et pour le fixer à une moise ou filière.
3. - Elément d'échafaudage suivant l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 et 2, dans lequel les moyens pour le relier à un montant sont constitués par un court tube s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'élément en question et pouvant être emmanché et glissé sur le montant.

The scaffolding element 10, shown in Figures 1 and 2, consists of a tube 12 having, at its right end, a flat portion or bowling leg 14 obtained by flattening the tube. The variant shown in FIG. 3 consists in providing the scaffolding element with a connection element 15 at each of its ends and in fixing a flat part or bowling leg 20 to one of the connection elements. so as to form a scaffolding element 21., which can be used both as a cross member to connect two uprights of an independent scaffolding between them and as a bowling ball in a bowling scaffolding.

At the left end of Figure 4, there is shown a bowling 10, but it goes without saying that instead of such a bowling 10, one can use a bowling 21.
FIG. 5 represents an independent scaffolding comprising uprights 22, moldings or lifelines 24 and cross members 21. Such a scaffolding can be anchored to a wall using bowls 10 or 21 mounted between uprights as in FIG. 4.
FIG. 6 represents an extension, which can be used to transform into a bowling gear having the characteristics of that illustrated in FIG. 3, a cross member without a flat part or anchoring tab 20. such as that represented in FIG. 3 .
This extension comprises a bow lug 26 constituted by a wing of a piece of Z section. To 1 = 'other wing 28 of which is welded a short tube or a short rod 30, which can be engaged in the tubular part 16 a connection element 15. Such an extension obviously has the drawback of constituting a spare part, which can be lost or damaged on a site.
CLAIMS.-
1.- Scaffolding element having at one end a flat part or bowling leg and at its other end means for connecting it to an upright and fixing it to a mold or die.
2. A scaffolding element according to claim 1, comprising at each of its ends means for connecting it to an upright and for fixing it to a mold or die.
3. - Scaffolding element according to either of claims 1 and 2, wherein the means for connecting it to an upright consist of a short tube extending perpendicularly to the element in question and which can be fitted and slipped on the upright.
