La présente invention concerne un dispositif publicitaire, conçu spécialement pour être appliqué aux automobiles, particulièrement aux auto- mobiles de louageo
Ce dispositif se caractérise essentiellement en ce qu'il est con- stitué par un boîtier, monté de préférence à oscillation, sur le toit du vé- hicule et avantageusement sur la cabine du conducteur, à l'aide de supports fixes d'extrémité disposés en des points convenables sur ledit toit, la fixa- tion étant obtenue à l'aide d'éléments d'accouplement qui assurent l'étanchéi- té des ouvertures servant également au passage des fils conducteurs alimen- tant les lampes à incandescence logées à l'intérieur dudit boitier en vue de l'éclairage du motif publicitaire qui apparaîtra par transparence à l'exté- rieur,
ledit boîtier étant pourvu, à ses parties antérieures, et/ou posté - rieures, de plaques transparentes portant elles-mêmes, ou sur lesquelles sont appliqués, les dessins ou textes constituant le motif publicitaire.
Dans le cas où une seulement des faces du boîtier est transparen- te, soit la face antérieure, soit la face postérieure, l'autre face est con- formée de façon à constituer un réflecteur destiné à produire une grande con- centration lumineuse sur la face portant le motif publicitaire.
Les plaques transparentes des faces visibles du boîtier sont mon- tées d'une manière amovible dans celui-ci, par exemple dans des coulisses, de façon à permettre leur placement et leur enlèvement facile et commode. A cette fin, le boîtier est pourvu d'une face d'extrémité démontable, ainsi que de languettes internes de soutien de ces plaques dans leur position correcte, qui forment en même temps des coulisses dans ledit boîtier.
A simple titre d'exemple, une forme de ré alis ation pratique de l'invention sera décrite ci-après, en référence aux dessins schématiques an- nexés, dans lesquels:

Le dispositif objet de l'invention est constitué de deux sup- ports parallèles 1 et 2 (Figs. 1, 2 et 6), qui comportent chacun un pied 3 et 4 s'appuyant sur le toit du véhicule avec interposition de plaques en ca- outchouc 5 ou matière élastique analogue (Figs. 1 et 2) , lesdits pieds étant pourvus de tiges de fixation 6, filetées, destinées à être serrées à l'aide d'écrous ou analogues.

Entre lesdits supports 1 et 2, est disposé un boîtier 8, compor- tant un cadre frontal 9 et un dos fermé 10, conformé en réflecteur, la pla- que transparente 11, portant le motif publicitaire,étant placée dans ledit ca- dreo
Ledit boîtier est articulé autour d'un axe de rotation 12 et peut être immobilisé à l'aide d'une goupille 13 ou analogue qui peut être fixe.

Une variante de réalisation du boîtier 8 est montrée en Figs. 3 à 5. Dans cette variante, le dos ou fond ferme 10 a été supprimé et remplacé par une plaque 15, également transparente et apte à porter un motif publicitaire quelconque convenablement disposé. De cette façon, on obtient une visibilité de ces motifs publicitaires, tant du côté antérieur que du côté postérieur du véhicule.
Dans cette réalisation, les plaques transparentes 11 et 15, portant les motifs publicitaires, sont montées à coulissement entre les bouts du cadre 16 et des languettes 17, disposées parallèlement à ces bords à l'intérieur du boîtier.,
Pour permettre la pose et le retrait desdites plaques, un élément d'extrémité 18 du cadre 16 est facilement amovible, et peut être retiré à volonté. La fixation de cet élément s'opère à l'aide d'une tige filetée 19 et d'un écrou 20, ladite tige 19 étant solidaire du pont 21 qui réunit les deux extrémités libres du cadre 16.
Dans la figure 6, on montre clairement la disposition adoptée par le boîtier 8, après son montage sur une automobile.
REVENDICATIONS .
1.- Dispositif publicitaire pour automobiles, caractérisé essentiellement en ce qu'il est constitué par un boîtier, monté sur le toit du véhicule entre des supports fixes rendus solidaires dudit toit, dans lesquels passent les fils conducteurs d'alimentation des lampes prévues à l'intérieur dudit boîtier pour l'éclairage du ou des motifs publicitaires, lesquels fils conducteurs pénètrent dans ces supports par les orifices de fixation de ceuxci,lesdits motifs publicitaires étant appliqués sur des plaques transparentes qui forment les faces antérieure et/ou postérieure dudit boîtier.
20 - Dispositif publicitaire pour automobiles, suivant la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que la fixation des supports du boitier sur le toit du véhicule s'effectue avec interposition d'un siège élastique approprié qui sert en même temps de joint d'étanchéité pour les orifices de passage des éléments de fixation.
3 - Dispositif publicitaire pour automobiles, suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les motifis publicitaires sont visibles seulement sur la face antérieure du boîtier, la face postérieure de celuici étant conformée en réflecteur, pour concentrer les rayons lumineux sur la plaque transparente portant ces motifs .
40 - Dispositif publicitaire pour automobiles, suivant revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les plaques portant les motifs publicitaires sont engagées d'une manière facilement amovible dans le boîtier, par exemple à coulissement, pour la facilité de leur enlèvement et remplacement, ledit boîtier étant pourvu à cet effet, près des bords de ses faces visibles, de chemins de guidage qui constituent des coulisses.

The device which is the subject of the invention consists of two parallel supports 1 and 2 (Figs. 1, 2 and 6), which each comprise a foot 3 and 4 resting on the roof of the vehicle with the interposition of ca. - Outchouc 5 or similar elastic material (Figs. 1 and 2), said feet being provided with fixing rods 6, threaded, intended to be tightened using nuts or the like.
Said rods 6 are hollow to allow the passage of: - age of the conducting wires 7 for supplying the lighting lamps of the device.
Between said supports 1 and 2, is arranged a housing 8, comprising a front frame 9 and a closed back 10, shaped as a reflector, the transparent plate 11, bearing the advertising motif, being placed in said frame.
Said housing is articulated around an axis of rotation 12 and can be immobilized using a pin 13 or the like which can be fixed.

An alternative embodiment of the housing 8 is shown in Figs. 3 to 5. In this variant, the back or firm bottom 10 has been omitted and replaced by a plate 15, also transparent and able to carry any advertising motif suitably arranged. In this way, visibility of these advertising motifs is obtained, both on the front side and on the rear side of the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the transparent plates 11 and 15, carrying the advertising motifs, are slidably mounted between the ends of the frame 16 and the tabs 17, arranged parallel to these edges inside the case.,
To allow the installation and removal of said plates, an end element 18 of the frame 16 is easily removable, and can be removed at will. This element is fixed using a threaded rod 19 and a nut 20, said rod 19 being integral with the bridge 21 which joins the two free ends of the frame 16.

CLAIMS.
