La présente invention est relative à une 'bande à maillons en matière synthétique et qui est constituée pax des maillons identiques en une matière synthétique élastique. Les maillons présentent une partie en anneau et une partie en cuvette et les dites parties sont reliées l'une à 1' autre par, au moins, une 'bandelette attachée à leur face ar- rière. La périphérie de la partie en cuvette est munie d'une rainure annulaire dans laquelle se place la partie en anneau d'un maillon fai- sant suite au premier, de manière que les maillons successifs de la ban- de à maillons soient reliés l'un à l'autre amovi'blement au moyen des par- ties en anneau et en cuvette s'engageant les unes dans les autres.

La bande à maillons représentée à la fig. 1 est constituée par des maillons en une matière synthétique flexible, par exemple du chlorure de polyvinyl, du polyéthylène, de l'ultramide présentant une certaine élasticité. Tous les maillons de cette bande sont d'exécution identique et sont constitués par une partie en anneau 1 et par une partie en cuvet- te 2; les dites parties étant reliées, à leur face arrière, par deux ban- delettes minces et, par conséquent flexibles 3.
La périphérie de la par- tie en cuvette 2 est munie d'une rainure annulaire 4 et la partie en an- neau 1 présente un diamètre tel que grâce à l'élasticité de la matière synthétique formant les maillons, elle puisse être forcée sur le bord de la partie en cuvette 2 d'un autre maillon et être appliquée intimement dans la rainure annulaire 4 de cet autre maillon. De cette manière il est possible de relier un nombre quelconque de maillons en une bande de lon- gueur quelconque.
Il est également possible de boucler la bande à maillons, du fait que la partie en anneau 1 de son dernier maillon peut être disposée dans la rainure annulaire 4 de la partie en cuvette 2 de son premier mail- lon. Une telle bande à maillons peut être utilisée pour former des cein- tures ou des colliers qui peuvent être ouverts à un endroit quelconque en repoussant la partie en cuvette 2 de l'un des maillons de la partie en anneau 1 disposée dans la rainure annulaire 4 du maillon voisin. Dans ce cas, la pression doit être exercée sur la face avant de la partie en cu- vette 2, et ce, sur la face opposée à la partie en anneau 1 du maillon envisagé. La longueur de la ceinture ou du collier constitué par de tels maillons peut être modifiée en ajoutant ou en enlevant des maillons.

Les parties en cuvette 2 des maillons de la'bande suivant la fig. 1 sont circulaires et, par conséquent, les parties en anneau 1 sont des anneaux circulaires. Cependant les maillons de la bande peuvent présenter une autre forme, par exemple les parties en cuvette 2a peuvent être de forme carrée correspondant aux parties en anneau carré la (fig.4), les parties en cuvette 2b peuvent être de forme hexagonale avec des parties en anneau lb hexagonales correspondantes (fig. 5.) ou bien les parties en cuvette 2o peuvent être de forme ovale avec des parties en anneau le ovales correspondantes (fig. 6). A la place de deux bandelettes 3 reliant les parties en cuvette et en anneau il est également possible de munir les maillons de la bande d'une seule ou de plusieurs de ces bandelettes.
Les maillons de la bande peuvent être colorés et la bande peut être constituée par des maillons de couleur identique ou bien par des maillons de couleurs différentes.
:REVENDICATIONS.
1.- Bande à maillons en matière synthétique caractérisée en ce qu'elle est constituée par des maillons d'exécution identique en une matière synthétique élastique, chacun des maillons étant constitué par une partie en anneau et une partie en cuvette reliées l'une à l'autre par, au moins, une bandelette attachée à la face arrière des dites parties ; la partie en cuvette étant munie à sa périphérie d'une rainure annulaire dans laquelle se place la partie en anneau d'un maillon faisant suite au premier maillon de manière que les maillons successifs de la bande à maillons soient maintenus' au moyen dos parties en anneau et en cuvette s'engageant les unes dans les autres.
2. - Bande à maillons en matière synthétique suivant la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la partie en cuvette et la partie en anneau de ses maillons sont du forme circulaire.

The link band shown in FIG. 1 consists of links made of a flexible synthetic material, for example polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, ultramide having a certain elasticity. All the links of this band are of identical execution and consist of a ring part 1 and a cup part 2; the said parts being connected, at their rear face, by two thin strips and therefore flexible 3.
The periphery of the cup part 2 is provided with an annular groove 4 and the ring part 1 has a diameter such that, thanks to the elasticity of the synthetic material forming the links, it can be forced onto the chain. edge of the cup part 2 of another link and be applied intimately in the annular groove 4 of this other link. In this way it is possible to connect any number of links in a strip of any length.
It is also possible to loop the link band, since the ring part 1 of its last link can be arranged in the annular groove 4 of the cup part 2 of its first link. Such a link band can be used to form belts or collars which can be opened at any point by pushing back the cup part 2 of one of the links of the ring part 1 arranged in the annular groove 4. of the neighboring link. In this case, the pressure must be exerted on the front face of the tub part 2, and this, on the face opposite to the ring part 1 of the envisaged link. The cup parts 2 of the links of the band according to FIG. 1 are circular and therefore the ring parts 1 are circular rings. However, the links of the band can have another shape, for example the cup parts 2a can be square in shape corresponding to the square ring parts 1a (fig. 4), the cup parts 2b can be hexagonal in shape with parts in the corresponding hexagonal ring lb (fig. 5.) or the cup parts 2o can be oval with the corresponding oval ring parts (fig. 6). Instead of two strips 3 connecting the cup and ring parts, it is also possible to provide the links of the strip with one or more of these strips.
The links of the band can be colored and the band can be formed by links of the same color or by links of different colors.

1.- Synthetic link band characterized in that it is constituted by links of identical execution in an elastic synthetic material, each of the links being constituted by a ring part and a cup part connected to one another the other by, at least, one strip attached to the rear face of said parts; the cup part being provided at its periphery with an annular groove in which the ring part of a link following the first link is placed in such a way that the successive links of the link band are held by means of back parts. ring and bowl engaging each other.
