Le présent brevet a pour objet un système de découle et de montage permettant de mettre à plat des chapeaux publicitaires de forme ronde et les monter très simplement soit par collage soit par agrafage .
La description suivante se référant aux dessins n'est à aucun moment limitative . Elle permet l'adaptation du même système à tous formats et dimensions nécessaires de même que l'adjonction de tous éléments décoratifs ou complémentaires pouvant se fixer par agrafage, par collage, par système à patte ou tout autre système qui se révèlerait nécessaire .
La figure I nous montre le tracé plano de la découpe du chapeau. Nous remarquerons que le tout se fait en une seule pièce et que nous diminuons ainsi les travaux de découpe et de décortiquage . Nous avons en A B un pli marqué de même que en K et L.
Les extrémités c, d, e, f, qui sont destinées à former la couronne,du chapeau doivent se juxtaposer, s'agrafer ou se coller . A l'extrémité du pli A B nous avons le système de fixation pour un élastique calculé de manière à pouvoir se fixer sous le menton, le chapeau mis en forme .
La figure 2 nous montre le chapeau plié en deux convenablement de manière à permettre le montage . Nous remarquons que ce pliage se fait selon le pli A B, l'élastique ainsi fixé aux extrémités se trouve donc à l'intérieur du chapeau et les languettes C E et D F sont vis-à-vis l'une de l'autre, ce qui permet l'agrafage ou le collage aisé .
La figure 3 nous montre le chapeau mis en forme . Nous remarquerons le pli A B qui servait à la mise à plat et qui est

entièrement rectifié et que la coiffe du chapeau devient absolument plane du fait de la traction de l'élastique . La couronne ceinture qui nuus donne le rond du chapeau est constituée par les bandes se terminant par les parties c, d, e, f, qui ont été agrafées ou collées . C'est à la mise en rond que les plis K et L qui sont situés en cordepar rapport à la circonférence de la coiffe, permettent la mise en place de celle-ci .
Tous les graphismes peuvent être adaptés à ce modèle de chapeau et notre description n'est à aucun moment limitative . L'ensemble permet par une succession d'opérations simples de ramener à une main d'oeuvre limitée la fabrication de chapeaux publicitaires qui ont le gros avantage, tout en présentant une forme ronde de pouvoir se fournir à plat . Partant de cette forme ronde, nous pouvons créer une série de modèles qui auront un aspect différent mais procéderons toujours du même principe par simple augmentation de la hauteur de la couronne par exemple, par le débordement de la coiffe sur la couronne, par l'adjonction d'une visière qui nous donne à ce moment une casquette genre Marine ou par ajoute de tout élément décoratif quelconque adapté par un système approprié .
Conclusion : Le présent brevet a pour objet un système de découpe et de montage permettant de fournir à plat des chapeaux publicitaires de forme ronde . Ce système réduit au minimum la main-d'oeuvre de décorticage, de découpage et de montage . Il permet de plus, le stockage facile des modèles fournis à plat et leur mise en forme se fait sans aucune difficulté par le consommateur .

The object of the present patent is a system of stems and assembly making it possible to lay flat advertising hats of round shape and to mount them very simply either by gluing or by stapling.
The following description with reference to the drawings is in no way limiting. It allows the adaptation of the same system to all formats and dimensions required as well as the addition of any decorative or complementary elements that can be fixed by stapling, gluing, by tab system or any other system that may prove necessary.
Figure I shows us the plano layout of the hat cut. We will notice that everything is done in one piece and that we thus reduce the work of cutting and shelling. We have in A B a marked fold as well as in K and L.
The ends c, d, e, f, which are intended to form the crown, of the hat must be juxtaposed, clipped or glued. At the end of fold A B we have the fixing system for an elastic calculated so as to be able to be fixed under the chin, the hat shaped.
Figure 2 shows the hat folded in two suitably so as to allow assembly. We note that this folding is done according to the fold AB, the elastic thus fixed to the ends is therefore located inside the hat and the tongues CE and DF are vis-à-vis each other, which allows easy stapling or gluing.
Figure 3 shows us the hat shaped. We will notice the fold A B which was used for the flattening and which is

completely rectified and that the cap of the hat becomes absolutely flat due to the traction of the elastic. The crown belt which nuus gives the round of the hat is constituted by the bands ending in parts c, d, e, f, which have been stapled or glued. It is when rounding that the K and L folds, which are located in a cord with respect to the circumference of the cap, allow the latter to be put in place.
All graphics can be adapted to this hat design and our description is by no means exhaustive. The assembly allows by a succession of simple operations to reduce to a limited labor the manufacture of advertising hats which have the big advantage, while having a round shape of being able to be supplied flat. Starting from this round shape, we can create a series of models which will have a different appearance but will always proceed from the same principle by simply increasing the height of the crown for example, by the overflow of the cap on the crown, by the addition of a visor which gives us at this moment a cap like Marine or by adding any decorative element whatsoever adapted by an appropriate system.
Conclusion: The object of the present patent is a cutting and mounting system making it possible to provide round-shaped advertising hats flat. This system minimizes shelling, cutting and assembly labor. It also allows the easy storage of models supplied flat and their shaping is done without any difficulty by the consumer.
