Les reproductions photographiques de toutes natures et de tous formats n'ont rien perdu de leur popularité, mais les faveurs d'un public de plus en plus éclairé se portent irrésistiblement sur les matériels modernes de projection, les visionneuses et stéréoscopes de format réduit, et plus par- ticulièrement les vues en couleurs dont l'intérêt et la qualité sont en continuel progrès.
Inspirée d'un éclectisme éprouvé, la présente invention a pour objet primordial l'adjonction, à une carte postale illustrée d'une repro- duction en diapositive occupant un angle de la carte, concentrée sur un ca- dre prélevé dans la matière même de celle-ci et s'en détachant suivant un pointillé afin de constituer le cadre permanent de la diapositive et d'en permettre la projection, le classement et la manipulation.
Bien que les deux vues réunies sur la même carte soient de préfé- rence consacrées au même sujet vu dans la même position et dans le même éclairage, il va de soi que cette identité n'est pas obligatoire et que les variantes introduisant une disparité quelconque dans la réalisation donnée à timbre explicatif et représentée plus loin ne sortiraient pas pour autant du cadre de l'invention.
Les caractéristiques et la portée de celle-ci seront mieux compri- ses si on se refère au dessin joint(figures 1 et2) qui représente à titre d'exemple une des formes possibles de sa réalisation. La figure 1 représente la carte postale en son entier. La figure 2 en donne la coupe suivant II-II de la figure 1, mais à plus grande échelle et limitée à la diapositive 5 et au cadre détachable 4 dans lequel elle est montée.
Le recto de la carte postale est seul représenté, le verso pou- vant recevoir des formes variées d'utilisation au choix de l'expéditeur ou des collectionneurs auxquels une telle carte est destinée.
Comme le montre la figure 1, la carte est en majeure partie com- posée d'un support opaque désigné par 1, et son recto porte une vue en noir ou en couleurs représentant un sujet quelconque 2. Cette vue peut être accom- pagnée ou non d'une légende,et des impressions quelconques peuvent ou non s' y ajouter, sous la seule réserve de ne pas contrevenir aux règlements offi- ciels concernant les cartes postales.
Comme celle-ci est surtout destinée aux amateurs projectionnistes, de plus en plus nombreux à l'heure actuelle, un coin de la carte est réser- véc à leur intention, et plus particulièrement à celle des amateurs projec- tant des diapositives de format 24 x36 mm montées sur cadre de 50 x 50 mm.
La figure 1 représente le recto d'une carte disposée pour un tel usage.
La diapositive 3 y est fixée de toute manière appropriée, en face d'une ouverture 5 pratiquée dans le support opaque de la carte, aux dimen- sions voulues pour correspondre à celles de la diapositive 3.
Le cadre consacré à cette dernière est en principe constitué par le support même de la carte, et un pointillé 6 permet de l'en détacher très facilement, et d'obtenir sans difficulté une diapositive toute montée par- faitement apte à la projection, au classement et aux manipulations qui s'y rattachent.
Bien que l'inventeur ait pour but primordial la présentation des diapositives de format 24 x 36mm, éditées en couleurs avec un grand succès, et qu'il ait réservé aux diapositives de ce format un cadre 5 x 5 mm, con- venant particulièrement à un projecteur également en faveur, il,va de soi que l'invention n'exclut aucun format, de cadre ni de diapositive, et qu'au

nombre de ces dernières ne seraient pas même exclues celles qui seraient faites en vue de réaliser le relief stéréoscopique ou pseudo-stéréoscopique,

Photographic reproductions of all kinds and formats have not lost any of their popularity, but the favor of an increasingly enlightened public is irresistibly falling on modern projection equipment, small format viewers and stereoscopes, and more par- ticularly the color views, the interest and quality of which are constantly improving.
Inspired by a proven eclecticism, the primary object of the present invention is the addition to an illustrated postcard of a slide reproduction occupying a corner of the card, concentrated on a frame taken from the very material of the card. this and detaching from it following a dotted line in order to constitute the permanent frame of the slide and to allow its projection, classification and manipulation.
Although the two views united on the same map are preferably devoted to the same subject seen in the same position and in the same light, it goes without saying that this identity is not obligatory and that the variants introducing any disparity. in the embodiment given with explanatory stamp and shown below would not therefore depart from the scope of the invention.
The characteristics and scope thereof will be better understood if reference is made to the accompanying drawing (Figures 1 and 2) which shows, by way of example, one of the possible embodiments thereof. Figure 1 shows the entire postcard. Figure 2 gives the section along II-II of Figure 1, but on a larger scale and limited to slide 5 and the detachable frame 4 in which it is mounted.
Only the front of the postcard is shown, the back can accommodate various forms of use at the choice of the sender or collectors for whom such a card is intended.
As shown in Figure 1, the card is for the most part composed of an opaque support designated by 1, and its front has a black or color view showing any subject 2. This view may be accompanied or not of a caption, and any imprints may or may not be added thereto, subject only to not contravening official postcard regulations.
As this is mainly intended for amateur projectionists, who are more and more numerous nowadays, a corner of the menu is reserved for them, and more particularly for that of amateurs projecting 24-format slides. x36 mm mounted on a 50 x 50 mm frame.
Figure 1 shows the front of a card arranged for such use.
Slide 3 is fixed therein in any suitable manner, opposite an opening 5 made in the opaque support of the card, to the dimensions desired to correspond to those of slide 3.
The frame devoted to the latter is in principle formed by the support of the card itself, and a dotted line 6 makes it possible to detach it very easily, and to obtain without difficulty a fully assembled slide perfectly suitable for projection, classification and related manipulations.
Although the primary aim of the inventor was to present slides in 24 x 36mm format, which were edited in color with great success, and that he reserved for slides of this format a 5 x 5 mm frame, particularly suitable for a projector also in favor, it goes without saying that the invention does not exclude any format, frame or slide, and that
