Description
<EMI ID=1.1>

It is known to apply glass slides to a support, by gluing, in order to thus obtain a mobile surface. When this known system is used for lighting purposes, the surface serving as a support for the glass slides exerts a disturbing effect, since it does not offer sufficient transparency.
The present invention eliminates this drawback. It consists in joining glass slides together,
so as to constitute a sheet of glass with movable elements. The connecting members are constituted by flexible assembly strips, in particular U-shaped,
<EMI ID = 1.1>
assembly and adhesive material are transparent. The fixing sys-- tem according to the invention makes it possible to produce a very tight and contiguous assembly. The glass slides can be uni-or multicolored and do not necessarily have to be made of a specific species of glass.
They are assembled in such a way that they can be moved relative to each other with articulation.
According to a variant of the invention, it is possible to use, instead of inorganic glass (silica glass), the well-known organic glass, this latter glass offering particular advantages in that it is lighter and that it is lighter. provides better protection against sunlight.
In addition, the U-shaped assembly strips, mentioned above as fasteners between the glass blades, can be replaced by assembly strips of an elastic material, for example synthetic foam or plastic. soft-rubber, in solid or hollow form (tube) .The material constituting the assembly elements is also transparent. Compared to the use of U-profile assembly strips, the use of assembly strips made of an elastic material offers the advantage of significantly increasing the mobility of the glass slides, which can now move forward and backward.
The accompanying drawings show two examples of execution of the object of the invention. In these drawings:
Fig.l shows glass slides joined between
