Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

   The present invention relates to packaging for edible products such as: ice cream, ice cream and the like.

   Its aim is to create a package making it possible to prepare in advance and store in a refrigeration unit, in the state ready for delivery ", portions of the aforementioned products.

   For this purpose, the packaging according to the present invention consists of two receptacles of the same shape, fitting into each other and of which the one located inside is made of edible material and can be consumed with it. the packaged product, while the outer container is made of inedible material, such as paper, cardboard, plastic, etc.

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

   In a preferred embodiment of the object of the invention, the inner container is significantly lower than the outer container, so that after removal of the latter, the inner container is covered with a shaped head. by the edible product.

   On the other hand, according to an advantageous embodiment of the object of the invention, the outer container is provided with a tongue, the tearing of which causes the destruction, at least partially, of the outer container.

   Other details and particularities of the invention will emerge from the description of the drawings appended hereto and which represent, by way of nonlimiting examples, various embodiments of the object of the invention. .

   Figure 1 is a perspective view in part section of a package according to the invention.

   Figure 2 shows a way of closing the upper part of the package shown in Figure 1.

   FIG. 3 shows another method of closing the packaging shown in FIG. 1.

   In the various figures, the same reference notations designate similar elements.

   The packaging of edible products such as ice creams, ice creams and the like, shown in the figures consists of containers 1 and 2. In the particular embodiment shown in the drawings, the containers 1 and 2 are both made in the form cone, but it should be understood that they can also have any shape, for example pyramidal, cylindrical, etc. In all cases, the containers 1 and 2 are always of the same shape and fit into each other.

   The container 2, located inside, is made of edible material and is intended to be consumed with the packaged product.

  The outer container 1 is made of non-edible material, for example

 <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

 of paper or plastic.

   Before packaging, the container 2 is placed in the container 1 and is filled with edible product 3 which, at this time, is still in the liquid state. The inner receptacle 2 is appreciably lower than the outer receptacle 1. As a result, when, after a stay in a refrigerator, the product 3 is delivered for consumption and the receptacle 1 is removed, the receptacle 2 is covered. a head 4 formed by the edible product 3.

   To facilitate removal of the outer container 1, the latter is provided with a tab 5, the tearing of which makes it possible to remove a large part of the container 1. It should also be noted that the bottom of the container 1 is sealed and retains , where appropriate, the molten edible product.

   According to a preferred embodiment of the object of the invention, the packaging is closed by folding in a cross of its upper edge 6 (see FIG. 2). According to another embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the container 1 is provided with a cover 7 joined to the upper edge 6 by a hinge.

   It should be understood that the invention is in no way limited to the embodiments described and that many modifications can be made to the latter without departing from the scope. of this patent.
