La présente invention apporte des perfectionnements aux chaussures et plus particulièrement à des chaussures comportant un dessus et un talon, et dont le dessus descend sans interruption sur l'arrière et les côtés du talon qu'il recouvre. Le terme "chaussures" utilisé ici englobe les chaussures de tous genres , pour hommes, dames et enfants, tant d'appartement que d'extérieur.
Un but de la présente invention est de procurer une chaus- sure ayant une forme nouvelle du'montage du talon qui donne. à la chaussure une apparence nouvelle et attrayante.
Suivant la présente invention, une chaussure comportant un dessus et un talon comprend une semelle intérieure dont le siège comporte un profil continu, le dessus étant cousu par une piqûre

horizontale au profil, tout le long de celui-ci et descendant sans interruption sur l'arrière et les côtés du talon qu'il recouvre.
Outre qu'elle prévoit le profil et la piqûre horizontale autour du siège de la chaussure, la présente invention prévoit aussi que le profil s'étend de façon continue tout autour de la semelle intérieure'?et que le dessus est cousu au profil par une piqûre horizontale tout autour de la chaussure.
Dans une forme de réalisation préférée de l'invention, l'empeigne est cousue au profil par une piqûre horizontale à une seule rangée de. points.
Le profil.continu autour du siège de la semelle inté- rieure ou de toute la semelle intérieure peut être formé par la semelle intérieure dont il fait alors partie, ou bien il peut être formé par un profil séparé qui est fixé positivement, par exemple par un adhésif, à la semelle intérieure.
Lorsque, cc,ae c'est normalement le cas, la partie du dessus qui prend le talon de l'usager comporte un contrefort et une doublure, ceux-ci sont cousus au profil, avec le dessus, par une piqûre horizontale, mais ils ne s'étendent pas vers le bas pour recouvrir le talon.

Les figures 1 et 3 montrent qu'une chaussure suivant la présente invention, qui comporte une piqûre horizontale autour de son siège, comprend ne semelle intérieure 10 à la périphérie inférieure de laquelle est fixé, par exemple collé, un profil continu 11. Une doublure 12, un contrefort 13 et un dessus 14 sont cousus @ ensemble au profil 11, suivant sa longueur, par une seule piqûre horizontale 15. Le dessus 14 descend au-delà de la piqûre 15 pour recouvrir un talon 16 de bois ou d'une autre matière convenable.

En variante du profil continu séparé 11 qu. est représenté sur la figure 3, le profil 11 peut faire partie intégrante de la semelleintérieure 10. La doublure 12, le contrefort 13 et le dessus 14 sont 'ensuite ajustés à la forme et conformés autour du siège suivant la ligne 19 par des moyens connus. Le profil 11, la doublure 12, le contrefort 13 et le dessus 14 sont alors cousus ensemble à la main ou à la machine, par la piqûre 15 et l'espace sous la semelle intérieure 10, entouré par le profil, est rempli d'un bourrage 18.
Le talon 16 est introduit dans la partie du dessus 14 s'étendant vers le bas qui est conformée de manière à épouser la forme du talon et rabattue sous celui-ci, après quoi on pose la semelle, extérieure 17.
Une chaussure suivant'la présente invention dans laquelle le profil et la couture horizontale s'étendent tout autour de la chaussure est représentée sur les figures 2, 3 et 4-,La partie talon de cette chaussure est exactement semblable à celle de la chaussure @ représentée sur la figure 1 et décrite avec référence à la figure 3.

de toute la semelle intérieure 10 et est cousu par une piqûre 15 au-dessus 14, autour de la pointe de la chaussure, comme autour du siège de celle-ci. Une semelle 20 est fixée sur les parties rabattues 'u dessus 14 et l'espace entre la semelle 20 et la semelle intérieure 10 est rempli d'un bourrage 21. L Pour la simplicité on a supposé, dans la description ci-dessus, que le dessus 14 est d'une seule pièce de cuir ; pratique on emploiera normalement plus d'une pièce.
Pour accentuer l'effet décoratif de la piqûre 15, il est généralement préférable que celle-ci soit d'une autre couleur que le dessus 14. La forme de l'arrière du talon, dans le plan horizontal, peut être arrondie ou carrée, ou toute autre forme désirée.

Figures 1 and 3 show that a shoe according to the present invention, which has a horizontal stitching around its seat, comprises an insole 10 to the lower periphery of which is fixed, for example glued, a continuous profile 11. To accentuate the decorative effect of the stitching 15, it is generally preferable that the latter be of a different color than the top 14. The shape of the back of the heel, in the horizontal plane, can be rounded or square, or any other desired shape.
