Description

   <Desc/Clms Page number 1>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 2>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 3>

 <Desc/Clms Page number 4>

   <Desc / Clms Page number 1>

   The present invention relates to prefabricated blocks, of special structure allowing, without sealing, the erection of various buildings, such as pavilions, garages, or the construction of walls of fences.

   The construction element according to the invention, of generally parallelepipedal shape, is characterized in that it has, on its lower and upper faces, as well as on two side faces, male and female parts, respectively, designed and arranged in such a manner. such that each male part can fit into a corresponding female part

 <Desc / Clms Page number 2>

 of a similar element placed on the first or next to it.

   According to another characteristic of the invention, the male part and the female part of the lower and upper faces of the element are formed respectively by a tongue and a longitudinal groove extending substantially over the entire length of the element.

   According to another characteristic of the invention, the male part and the female part of the side faces of the element are formed respectively by a vert.ical tenon and a vertical groove.

   According to yet another characteristic, the aforementioned tabs comprise swelled parts in the form of portions of vertical cylinders intended to fit into cylindrical recesses of corresponding size made in the vertical walls of the corresponding longitudinal grooves,
The accompanying drawings show an exemplary embodiment.

   On 1 s s drawings:
Fig. 1 shows, in perspective, a part of a wall built with elements according to the invention,
Figs 2, 3 and 4 show, in front elevation, three different elements entering into the construction of the wall of FIG. 1,
Fig. 5 is a plan view of a half element, and Figs 6, 7 and 8 are plan views corresponding to Figs. 2,3 and 4.

   The part of wall shown in the drawing (Fig.l) is built with four types of prefabricated elements according to the invention, namely intermediate elements 1,

 <Desc / Clms Page number 3>

 left corner elements 2, right corner elements 3, and half elements 4.

   All these elements have common characteristics: they are parallelepipedal, and have, on one of their horizontal faces, namely their lower face in the example shown, a longitudinal tongue 5 which extends substantially over the entire length of the element and on the opposite face, that is to say here, on the upper face, a longitudinal groove of corresponding width in which the tongue of a similar element placed on the previous one can fit. . In addition, these elements also all have, on one of their lateral faces, a vertical tenon 8 and, on another of their lateral faces, a vertical groove 9, of corresponding width in which the tenon can fit. of a similar element juxtaposed to the previous one.

   Finally, all these elements also include @ongitudinal positioning means constituted by bosses 11 in the form of portions of cylinders projecting on the lateral faces of the tongue 5, and corresponding recesses 12 in the lateral walls of the longitudinal grooves. corresponding 6,
In intermediate elements such as 1, the side groove and tenon (9 and 8) are on two opposite end faces of the element, while in corner elements 2 and 3 the tenon (or groove) - is on a small end face and the groove (or tenon) is on a large side face, towards the end of it. Thanks to this arrangement, it can be seen that the small faces of the corner elements are located in the extension of the large outer face of the intermediate elements.

   In addition, the location of the cylindrical bosses
It is such that one can place an element straddling two

 others, to cross joints, as is commonly done in construction, both on intermediate elements and on corner elements.

   Holes pass right through the elements, in the vertical direction, such are the central holes 14 and the holes 15 coaxial with the cylindrical bosses 11. They serve, in particular, to allow air circulation in the thickness of the holes. walls, to prevent humidity and the transmission of bruics, or to the passage of conduits (water, gas and electricity pipes) or to the establishment of concrete shells, preferably reinforced, poured in the holes that are on the same vertical line.

   The half-elements 4 have a length half that of the current intermediate elements 1.

   The elements can be of any suitable material, for example cement, brick, plaster, chipboard, plastic, and be opaque, translucent or transparent.

  Their installation does not require sealing.
