Description


  La présente invention a pour objet un procédé de traitement de tissus (à chaîne et trame et à mailles) réalisés en fibres acryliques à haut taux de gonflement ou matières analogues.

  
Conformément à l'invention on procède aux opérations suivantes:

  
1[deg.]- on rétracte le tissu au maximum en le soumettant à des températures voisines de 100[deg.]C en milieu humide,

  
2[deg.]- on gratte la surface du tissu par tout moyen convenable de préférence par cardes métalliques ou émeri, 

  
3[deg.]- on rase à fond la surface du tissu pour en faire disparaitre les

  
aspérités. 

  
Pour les deux dernières opérations (opérations 2 et 3) le tissu peutêtre présenté soit sec, soit humide et à des températures, telles que le polyacrylonitrile subisse une modification de ses propriétés mécaniques (températures supérieures ou égales à 80�0).

  
De plus la présence de composés organo-silioiques améliore considérablement les résultats.

  1. RESUME
    I. Procédé de traitement de tissus en fibres acryliques à haut taux de gonflement ou matières analogues caractérisé par les opérations suivantes: <EMI ID=2.1>
    de 100[deg.]C en milieu humide,
    2.- on gratte la surface du tissu par tout moyen convenable de préférence par
    cardes métalliques ou émeri,

    Pour les opérations 2 et 3, le tissu peut être présenté soit sec, soit humide et à des températures telles que le polyacrylonitrile subisse une modification de ses propriétés mécaniques (températures supérieures ou égales à 80[deg.]C[deg.].)
