Cette invention a pour objet la fabrication industri- elle de tapis, carpettes et produite similaires, nous une forme telle qu'ils se trouvent combinés avec une masse élas- tique anti-glissante, légère et formant un bon isolant acous- tique. 



   Substantiellement, oe produit industriel nouveau est réalisé par l'application, sur un support   commun,   généralement une matière textile de bonne résistance, d'une part d'une épaisseur d'une masse poreuse du genre doum généralement à base de mélange de polymères préparés en partant de   oyanatea   et d'amines ou de glycols, comme, par exemple, du polyuréthane, et, d'autre part, d'une épaisseur de poils   flookés,   c.à.d. du type produit par projection de fibres en vrac, généralement

 de fibres en   macère   synthétique sur ledit   support.   



   Si le support commun se trouvant ainsi approximative- ment au droit de la   fibre   neutre de la   masse     complexe   réalisée est une toile   relativement   serrée,   son   deux   faces,   avant appli- cation, respectivement de la   nasse   poreuse et des poile relevée pourront tire directement enduites d'un adhésif, généralement une colle synthétique. 



   .Au   contraire,   si ledit support   commun   est une toile grossière, par exemple du jute, celui-ci sera, préalablement à l'application de l'enduit, inséré entre deux épaisseurs   d'une   matière de remplissage durcissable à l'air, par exemple une composition à base de latex. 



   Les épaisseur. des couches de   sasse   poreuse sous-jacen- tes et de poila relevée sont essentiellement variables et se- ront déterminées an prorata des applications envisagées pour les articles   fabriquée.   



   Egalement, des effets infiniment variables pourront être   obtenus   en faisant un choix judicieux, respectivement en exécutante d'une manière adéquate, le support en matière tex- tile. En effet, il est possible de conditionner ledit support et la couche de matière   d'enduisage,   respectivement de remplis- sage, des interstices présentés par ledit support d'une telle   manière   qu'après application par flookage l'épaisseur des poils relevés présente une surface supérieure non uniforme. De cette manière, il est possible de créer des effets visuels absolu- ment nouveaux tant pour les tapis que pour les carpettes ou tous autres articles similaires. 



   Le procédé selon l'invention consiste à partir d'un support généralement en matière textile. Si ce support est à mailles relativement serrées, l'une des faces sera enduite d'un adhésif, généralement une colle synthétique, et,   sur   cette fa- ce, sera appliquée une épaisseur prédéterminée d'une masse po-

 renée, par exemple du polyuréthane. Sur   l'autre   face dudit support en matière textile, est également appliqué un adhésif et, sur cette couche   d'adhésif,   est appliquée l'épaisseur de   poils   relevés par flockage électro-statique continu. 



   Les deux opérations relatives au recouvrement des deux faces du support peuvent se produire séparément ou simultané- ment en continu; dans les opérations successives, on pourra traiter indifféremment l'une ou l'autre face en premier lieu. 



   Si le support commun est une toile grossière, comme par exemple du jute,   l'enduisage   de l'adhésif sera précédé d'un enduisage des deux faces dudit support par une   couohe   d'une matière de remplissage durcissable à l'air. 



   Cet   enduisage   préalable peut se faire en couches égales ou différentes. Par exemple, la couche adjacente à l'épaisseur de matière poreuse pourra être réalisée de manière à présenter une surface parfaitement lisse et continue, tandis que   l'endui-   sage de l'autre face adjacente à la couche du flockage pourra être soit régulière et continue, soit en relief. 



   L'invention concerne, à la fois, tous tapis, carpettes ou articles similaires, produits par la solidarisation, à un support commun, d'une épaisseur d'une matière poreuse élasti- que, genre écume, et d'une épaisseur de flockage. Egalement l'invention s'étend au procédé précédemment décrit pour l'obten tion desdits tapis, carpettes et articles similaires.

   The two operations relating to the covering of the two faces of the support can occur separately or simultaneously continuously; in the successive operations, one or the other face can be treated indifferently in the first place.



   If the common backing is a coarse canvas, such as for example jute, coating of the adhesive will be preceded by coating both sides of said backing with a layer of an air-curable filler.



   This prior coating can be done in equal or different layers. For example, the layer adjacent to the thickness of porous material could be produced so as to present a perfectly smooth and continuous surface, while the coating of the other face adjacent to the layer of the flocking could be either regular and continuous, or in relief.



   The invention relates both to all carpets, rugs or similar articles, produced by the attachment, to a common support, of a thickness of an elastic porous material, like foam, and of a thickness of flocking. . Claims
