Un inconvénient se présente du fait que les canaux ainsi constitués sont rarement complètement remplis et que les ;
<Desc/Clms Page number 2>

sente invention ressortiront de la description qui va en être donnée ci-après en regard de? dessins annexes sur lesquels - figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une goût- tière selon l'invention en cours de montage ; figures 2, 3, 4 et 5 représentent, en élévation, quatre formes de réalisation d'étriers ; - figures et 7 sont des vues partielles d'étriers @ comportant des languettes intérieures sur leurs deux branche ; ' - figure 8 représente, en perspective, un étrier permettant le support de colonnes de fils verticales ;
<Desc/Clms Page number 4>
Au montage, on obtient donc, d'abord, un premier serrage de la base du "U" de chaque étrier entre les rails 1 et la puis, lors de la pose du couvercle après introduction des conducteurs, un deuxième serrage des étriers, lequel ser- rage s'effectue aux extrémités des branches 4 qui se rappro- chent l'une de l'autre une fois maintenues par le couvercle 3;
<Desc/Clms Page number 5>
<Desc/Clms Page number 6>

"Cable support device for electrical panels"
The present invention relates to a support for - wiring for electrical panels, these panels comprising a general base support such as a plate, or else being formed of vertical uprights and horizontal crossbars or rails on which electrical devices are fixed. . the. wiring connecting the various devices is introduced from the front of the switchboard.
Stirrup-shaped supports have already been proposed, the base of which clips or clamps onto cross members and whose upper branches meet, all of the stirrups being capped with an insulating cover which encloses the wires retained by them. stirrups.
A drawback arises from the fact that the channels thus formed are rarely completely filled and that the;
<Desc / Clms Page number 2>
conductors mingle and twist together and remain floating inside the channels.
The present invention relates to a gutter comprising a support on which can be fixed independent brackets each forming a narrow "U" and, on the ends. free sufficiently elastic branches of these stirrups a cover fitting on them,
The support is formed by a rail, two rails or an upright.
According to one embodiment, the base of each stirrup comprises, opposite the branches of the "U", two parallel wings presenting towards the outside two notches capable of embracing two parallel rails, the end of each wing. ending, preferably, with a bevelled oorchet.
According to another embodiment, the base of each stirrup comprises, opposite the branches of the "U", two wings in the force of hooks facing one another.
According to another variant, each stirrup has both the above arrangements.
At least one of the legs of each stirrup has tabs inside the "U" that curve toward the base of the * Un.
The free ends of the branches of the stirrups each have a beo capable of entering a corresponding longitudinal groove in the cover.
According to a variant, particularly suitable for the vertical support of the conductors, the brackets are themselves a ton of gutter with a lateral guide spout allowing the lateral exit of the conductors.
Other features and advantages of the pre-
<Desc / Clms Page number 3>
Sente invention will emerge from the description which will be given below with reference to? accompanying drawings in which - Figure 1 is a perspective view of a drip tray according to the invention during assembly; Figures 2, 3, 4 and 5 show, in elevation, four embodiments of stirrups; - Figures and 7 are partial views of brackets @ comprising inner tabs on their two branches; '- Figure 8 shows, in perspective, a bracket allowing the support of vertical son columns;
FIG. 9 is a schematic view showing the horizontal support and the vertical support for conductors using brackets according to the invention.
In the embodiment shown in Figures 1 and 2, the gutter is formed by two rails 1 and 1a, brackets 2 each forming a narrow "U" and a cover 3 which fits over the free ends 4. branches 5 of these stirrups.
The rails 1 and 1a are formed by section with folded wings 6, preferably rectangular in cross section, able to penetrate into notches 7 made in the base of the stirrup and opposite one another.
These notches are in reality made in nozzles 7a integral with the base of the caliper and arranged 'opposite the branches 5 of the latter,
This arrangement allows the introduction of the base or foot of the stirrup between the two rails 1 and 1a by taking advantage of the inherent elasticity of the material from which the stirrup is created. The caliper can be obtained by molding a sufficiently elastic plastic material,
<Desc / Clms Page number 4>
At least one of the branches 5 of the stirrup is present, inside the '* One of the tongues 8 come in and slightly curved towards the base of the "U".
These tabs are arranged relative to each other at equal or varying distances and are intended to separate the bundles of conductors from each other and prevent them from floating inside the gutter.
During assembly, the bundles of wires are introduced between the branches of the stirrup and during this operation, the tabs fold back on themselves in the direction of their curvature. Once the package or packages have passed, the tongue rises by itself due to the inherent elasticity of the material of which the caliper is made. This elasticity of the stirrups also allows the interlocking on the ends 4 of their branches 5 of the cover 3 also made of a flexible plastic material,
The ends 4 of the branches 5 each have a spout 4a capable of fitting into a corresponding longitudinal groove 3a of the cover.
During assembly, one thus obtains, firstly, a first tightening of the base of the "U" of each bracket between the rails 1 and the then, during the fitting of the cover after introduction of the conductors, a second tightening of the brackets, which tightening is carried out at the ends of the branches 4 which come closer to one another once held by the cover 3;
It is understood that at the end of assembly these two * = ages balance each other out, so that one obtains an efficient arrangement and protection of the bundles of wires inside the gutter, which is perfectly rigid as a whole.
<Desc / Clms Page number 5>
In the variant shown in Figure 3, the base of the bracket carries two hooks 9 facing one another. These hooks define in this way a preferably rectangular section space corresponding to a rail of the same section 9a (Figure 1) that the hooks 9 plague embrace. In this case, the brackets 5 are threaded by the free end of a bar such as 9a which is fixed on a single vertical upright by means of a reinforcing plate 9b.
In the variant shown in Figure 4, the notches 7 as the hooks 9 are provided on the bottom or foot of the aorta stirrups that these can be adapted * either on two rails 1 and 1a, or on a single rail 9a.
In the embodiment shown in Figure 5, the base of the yoke has a fully integrally threaded stud 10. This bracket can be fixed in holes 11 made in the vertical uprights of the table. It allows the fixing without floating of vertical columns of wire * and can have internally stapling means 12 for an insulating guide plate made of squared cast iron (not shown).
All of the embodiments of stirrups according to the invention shown in the drawings have internal tabs 8. In the embodiments partially shown in Figures 6 and 7, the two branches of the "U" of each stirrup. internally have similar tabs 8.
These tabs can be offset on = and relative to the others, face each other (figure 6) or cross (figure 7). In any case, their role is always to retain the bundles of threads after introduction.
<Desc / Clms Page number 6>
The gutters according to the invention allowing the support of bundles of conductors and the lateral exit, at the desired locations of some of these conductors, as shown schematically in FIG. 9.
The distance between the brackets may vary according to the number of devices connected, and especially according to the exact position of the terminals of these. The brackets being independent and sliding, it is easy to place them in places that do not correspond to the positions of the terminals,
The number of stirrups can also be variable according to the greater or lesser rigidity of the bundle of conductors contained inside the gutter and according to the number of lateral outlets to be executed.
In addition, still due to the possibility of choosing the location of the brackets in relation to the terminals, it is not necessary to provide a space between the bundle of conductors and the terminals of the devices for bending these conductors, which allows a reduced footprint
In Figure 8 is shown a bracket 13 which * itself a gutter shape and which laterally has a guide bea 14.
This "T" -shaped bracket which allows in particular the support of bundles of vertical conductors, shown schematically in FIG. 9, also has branches 5 and ends of branches 4 capable of fitting into a cover. 3 as shown in Figure 1.
The guide spout 14 allows the lateral exit of the conductors to reach the terminals 15 of the various devices placed on the switchboard.
