Bouton-pression décoratif.
Cette invention est relative à des ensembles de boutons- pression, particulièrement utilisés dans des articles d'habille- ment, tels que des chemises.
Elle vise plus particulièrement des ensembles de boutons- pression dont chaque élément est une pièce moulée unitaire en matière plastique. La tête d'au moins l'un des éléments d'un tel bouton-pression doit présenter des portions qui cèdent radiale- ment vers l'intérieur, de façon que l'on puisse facilement fermer le bouton ou l'ouvrir. Ceci nécessite qu'un tel élément soit en matière thermoplastique plutôt qu'en une matière rigide telle qu'une matière plastique thermodurcissable. D'un autre coté, la partie décorative de l'ensemble doit être en une matière ri- gide résistant à la chaleur, de préférence un plastique thermo- durcissable, par exemple un polyester qui peut recevoir un lustre décoratif analogue à celui d'une perle.

En conséquence, l'un des buts de l'invention est de pro-' curer une réalisation perfectionnée d'un ensemble de bouton-pres- sion du type décrit, dans lequel la partie décorative du bouton . qui apparaît sur le devant de la pièce d'habillement peut avoir l'aspect d'un bouton avec une surface décorative ou très polie, et de préférence avec un oeil central dont la couleur peut con- traste,r avec le reste de cette partie apparente.
Un autre but de l'invention est de procurer un ensemble de bouton-pression perfectionné dans lequel une partie de l'élément en matière thermoplastique peut être déformée contre la partie centrale de l'élément décoratif, mais de telle façon qu'elle ne puisse venir au contact avec un fer chaud qui pourrait être appliqué contre la surface extérieure de la partie décorative. En même temps, cette partie déformée peut procurer l'aspect d'oeil dans une partie de Isolément décoratif qui présente une dépression ou un contre- alésage.
Un autre but est de procurer un ensemble du type décrit dans lequel deux parties seulement sont nécessaires, chacune pou- vant être facilement moulée en matière plastique et pouvant être économiquement montée avec le support de la pièce d'habillement.
Pour atteindre ces buts, la présente invention consiste à prévoir un ensemble décoratif de bouton-pression comprenant un élément de fixation en matière thermoplastique souple, ayant une base conçue pour s'appuyer sur la surface interne d'un support souple;
une tête de fixation par encliquetage saillant vers l'in- térieur à partir de cette base et ayant des portions pouvant flé.. chir radialement conçues pour s'encliqueter avec un élément de bouton-pression correspondant} et un fût traversant le support d'une seule pièce avec la position centrale de la base et s'en projetant vers l'extérieur en combinaison avec un élément décoratif ayant l'aspect d'un bouton et conçu pour s'appuyer sur la surface externe du support opposé à la base, cet élément

décoratif étant en matière relativement rigide et résistant à la chaleur par comparaison avec la matière de l'élément de fixa- tion,
et présentant un trou central avec un contre-alésage péné- trant vers l'intérieur à une distance substantielle de la sur- face extérieure afin de procurer un épaulement annulaire regardant vers l'extérieur,ledit fût traversant le trou et ayant son ex- trémité déformée vers l'extérieur pour constituer un anneau de ma- tière thermoplastique s'appuyant sur l'épaulement annulaire, cet anneau se trouvant entièrement en retrait de la surface supérieure de -1' élément décoratif, ce qui le protège du contact avec un fer chaud qui pourrait être appuyé sur la surface extérieure de l'é- lément décoratif.
Afin que l'invention soit plus clairement com- prise et puisse facilement être mise en pratique, elle va main- tenant être décrite plus en détail en se référant au dessin joint, dans lequel: la fig. 1 représente un devant de chemise équipé d'ensembles de boutons-pression conformes à la présente invention; la fig. 2 est une coupe transversale d'un bouton- pression complet avec les éléments d'assemblage séparés; la fig. 3 est une vue en élévation latérale repré- sentant les éléments du bouton-pression en position de fermeture; la fige 4 est une coupe verticale centrale de l'élé- ment de fixation de l'ensemble de bouton-pression moulé avant sa fixation à la pièce d'habillement; la fig. 5 est une vue de face de l'ensemble de bou- ton-pression représentant l'aspect .vu de l'avant de la pièce d'habillement.
Le devant de chemise désigné de façon générale en 6 a des bords qui se recouvrent 7 et 8, chacun étant pourvu d'élé- ments de bouton-pression, respectivement mâle et femelle, 9 et 10.
L'ensemble concerné par cette invention est celui qui se trouve sur le bord de recouvrement avant 8 d'une pièce de vêtement.

Dans l'ensemble représenté, chaque ensemble de bouton- pression avant est 'constitué par un élément de fixation ayant une base 11 portant contre la surface interne d'un support flexible et un élément décoratif 12 ayant l'aspect d'un bouton s'appuyant contre la surface externe de ce support flexible, en vis-à-vis avec la base 11. L'élément de fixation associé à l'élément décoratif 12 peut être, soit la partie femelle, soit la partie mâle, mais de préférence, comme il est représenté ici, c'est la partie mâle.
Elle est constituée par un(tête de fixation ayant la forme d'un rebord 13 saillant vers l'intérieur, ayant un bourrelet extérieur circulaire 14 et coupé par deux ou plusieurs fentes 15, dans le but de procurer une plus grande souplesse aux segments du rebord se trouvant entre les fentes.
L'élément de bouton-pression a un fût venant de coulée et s'étendant vers l'extérieur, 16, présentant une position massi- ve en partie conique, comme indiqué en 17, à l'endroit où elle se raccorde à la base 11, son extrémité étant creuse et de pré- férence effilée, comme indiqué en 18, pour permettre une pénétra- tion plus facile dans le tissu du support pendant l'opération de fixation de l'ensemble à la pièce d'habillement.
La portion massi- ve du fût traverse un trou central 19, dans l'élément décoratif 12 et l'on déforme vers l'extérieur l'extrémité creuse pour con- stituer un anneau de matière thermoplastique 20, s'appuyant intimement sur l'épaulement 21 regardant vers l'extérieur ré- sultant d'un contre-alésage 22 qui pénètre à une distance substan- tielle dans l'élément décoratif, à partir de la surface frontale.
Le contre-alésage 22 est suffisamment profond pour que l'anneau de matière 20 se trouve légèrement en retrait par rapport à la surface frontale de l'élément décoratif. Ainsi, lorsqu'on appuie un fer chaud sur la surface extérieure de cet élément, le fer ne vient pas en contact avec l'anneau thermoplastique 20, ce qui l'endommagerait.
