L'invention a pour objet une garniture pour véhicule, tel que, vélomoteur, motocyclette, scooter,etc.
Le but de l'invention consiste essentiellement à présente une garniture d'une construction très simple permettant de procu- rer au conducteur de motocyclette, de vélomoteur et de scooter un plus grand onfort.

A cet effet, la garniture est constituée d'un toit de protection de forme sensiblement aérodynamique s'étendant au @ moins au-dessus du siège du véhicule..
Suivant une forme de réalisation avantageuse de l'objet de l'invention, la Garniture est montée à l'avant du véhicule.
Suivant une forme de réalisation particulièrement avan- tageuse de l'objet de l'invention, la garniture est montée sur le volant du véhicule.
Suivant une forme de réalisation préférée de l'objet de l'invention, la garniture présente un encadrement en forme de U disposée dans un plan sensiblement horizontal au-dessus du siège du véhicule et délimitant le toit proprement dit,les deux branches de cette forme en U s'étendant suivant le sens longitu- dinal du véhicule et se prolongeant vers l'avant du véhicule sui- vant une courbe continue de manière à former des montants fixés audit véhicule.
D'autres détails et particularités de l'invention ressortiront de la description donnée ci-après à titre d'exemple non limitatif d'une forme de réalisation de l'objet de l'invention avec références au dessin annexé.
La figure est une vue en perspective d'une forme de réalisation particulière de l'objet de l'invention.
La figure représente une garniture pour motocyclette, vélomoteur ou scooter. Elle est constituée d'un toit de protection de forme sensiblement aérodynamique destiné à s'étendre au moins au-dessus du siège du véhicule. Cette garniture présente un en- cadrement 1 en forme de U disposé dans un plan sensiblement hori- zontal au-dessus du siège de ce véhicule. Les deux branches 2 et 3 de cette forme en U se prolongent suivant une courbe continue de manière à former des montants respectivement 4 et 5 destinés à être fixés au guidon du véhicule en question par des manchons 6 enfilés sur les extrémités des montants 4 et 5 et solidaires de ce guidon.

une toile démontable 7, constituant le toit proprement'dit. Ce toit est prolongé entre les montants 4 et 5 par une plaque transparente 8 formant un pare-brise. Ce pare-brise est généralement réalisé en une matière plastique transparente rigide.
L'encadrement est généralement réalisé en des tubes en duralumin ou en acier. La toile 7 présente de préférence la forme d'un sac enfilé sur les branches 2 et 3 de l'encadrement, ouvert à son extrémité arrière et fixé par son extrémité avant à deux crochets 9 et 10 montés sur l'encadrement-1. En outre la toile 7 peut être remplacée par une tôle métallique.
La forme et les dimensions de la garniture suivant l'in- vention peuvent être adaptées suivant le genre de véhicule. C'est ainsi que pour les véhicules du type sport le toit peut être beaucoup plus bas que pour les vu; 'cules du type touriste.
Cette garniture sert donc aussi bien pour protéger le conducteur contre la pluie que contre les rayons du soleil. Cette garniture est d'une construction très légère et sa forme aérody- namique limite au maximum sa résistance au frottement dû à l'air.
Il est bien entendu que l'invention n'est pas limitée à la forme de réalisation décrite et que bien des variantes peuvent être envisagées sans sortir du cadre du présent brevet.
C' est ainsi que la fixation de la garniture peut être effectuée à n'importe quelle partie du véhicule suffisamment résistante. La garniture peut également présenter des montants supplémentaires prévus à l'arrière du véhicule supportant le toit en question.
La garniture peut avantageusement être réalisée d'élément démontables par exemple par la construction d'un encadrement en tubes télescopiques. Le toit proprement dit sera, dans ce cas. de préférence constitué d'une toile souple pouvant être enroulée.

The frame is generally made of duralumin or steel tubes. The canvas 7 preferably has the form of a bag threaded over the branches 2 and 3 of the frame, open at its rear end and fixed by its front end to two hooks 9 and 10 mounted on the frame-1.
