ADJUSTING DEVICE FOR PLANER TABLE.
The present invention relates to adjustment devices for planer tables.
The adjustment of these tables is currently carried out either by a flywheel actuating a shaft on which gears or worm screws are fixed moving in a rack cut or attached in the piston thus practicing the rise or fall of the table or by a flywheel mounted on a toothed wheel actuating a chain fixed on a screw thus driving the table 'guided by one or more pistons.
The object of the invention is to eliminate the gears or worms, the toothed wheels and their chains as well as the

cutting the rack in the piston.
It essentially consists in that the device comprises a screw which is actuated by a handwheel and which at its lower part integrates, for example, by a flange with the base; , of the piston so that the translation of the piston and starting from the work table, can take place by a simple parallel effect.
In order to make the invention fully understood, an exemplary embodiment thereof will be described below with reference to the drawings in which is shown a perspective view of the planing table mounted on the machine with the adjustment device, ob - jet of the invention.
In the attached drawing, there is shown at 1 the frame on which the machine 2 is fixed. The parts to be planed are subjected on the planing table 4 to the action of blades mounted in a known manner on a cylinder 3 whose shaft is controlled by a belt and an electric motor (not shown),
According to the invention, the planing table 4 is assembled by a fixing plate 5 with the piston 6 which slides in a barrel 7 fixed to the frame of the machine by a plate 8 by means of bolts or other members. passing through holes 9 provided in a rim of the plate 8.
The barrel 7 carries a lug 10 which is integral with a sleeve 11 in which a screw 12 rotates on which there is a threaded handwheel 13 and which is fixed at its lower part on. a flange 14 assembling the piston 6 and the screw 12.
By the action of the flywheel 13, the via 12 exerts with perfect parallelism a traction on the flange 14 and the scraper table can thus move up or down according to the direction of rotation of the flywheel 13.
Under these conditions, the gears, worm screws,

cogwheels and drive chains can be drastically removed.
On the other hand, the piston no longer requires the size or application of a rack, which greatly reduces the machining work and therefore the cost price.
