Compds of gen formula: (where D is or is O or S; n is 0 or 1-3; R2 and R3 ar each H, halogen, nitro, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, 1-4C alkylthio, 1-4C alkyl-sulphonyl, 1-4C alkylsulphinyl or CF3 and R4 is 3-6C cycloalkyl) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are prepd in a no. of ways e.g. reacting a compd of formula:- (where Z is O or NH) with a compd contg an -NCO or -NCS gp. Compds have antiinflammatory an analgesic activity and are inters. for other medicaments.
