Description

 <EMI ID=1.1>

 <EMI ID=2.1>

 <EMI ID=3.1>

à la figure 1: une vue schématique de profil d'une enveloppe-talon avec  bon-bout placée sur un talon d'origine d'un soulier;

à la figure 2: une vue schématique de. profil d'une enveloppe-talon. sans b on-bout;

la forme du talon d'origine;

à la figure 4: une vue de face d'un moyen de traction;

à la figure 5: une vue de face d'un autre moyen de traction;

à la figure 6: une vue de face d'un autre moyen de traction;

f  <EMI ID=4.1>

(figure 7), ou un élastique 14 (figure 6).

  "HEEL WRAP FOR SHOES"

The present invention relates to a heel casing "of shoes

 <EMI ID = 1.1>

We know that the trade in ladies' shoes is characterized by a

extremely large variety of models, given that these are influenced by fashion, tones, combination of tones between heels and other parts of shoes, tastes, customers ... etc. On the other hand, and this is particularly true, when the heels are relatively thin, the sole or toe of these heels is worn much more quickly than the base sole of the shoe and it is generally the same for the side covering. heels

who suffers . much more and, in particular, when the coating consists of a single layer of paint, gluing of strips of leather, inlays ...

The present invention overcomes these drawbacks by providing a casing which, according to these different variant embodiments, makes it possible in particular to renew the covering of the heel including the toe cap, to modify the tone, the appearance of the covering and even the line of the heel. original heel, envelope that can

 <EMI ID = 2.1>

interchangeable core, that is to say removed and put back at will.

The bead casing, according to the invention, is characterized in that it comprises at least at its upper part an open ring, made of a hard but slightly elastic material, aluminum foil, steel, etc. rounded U-shape, resuming the general shape of the upper part of the original heel, comprising a longitudinal edge folded inwards more or less at a right angle

relative to the general plane of the open ring, the ends of which are biased by a traction means which tends to clamp them so that the rim

of the ring passing in front of the slit, located between the upper edge of the original heel and the base sole of the upper of the shoe, is embedded in it and remains there, open ring to which the new coating is attached having or

 <EMI ID = 3.1>

original, cover open from top to bottom, on the side intended to be placed on the

side of s. ends of the ring open.

The casing may be entirely of a hard but slightly elastic material or else be in the form of a carcass coated with a flexible coating; it can have a good end and it can be inserted, depending on the case, from the back to the front or only from the bottom up, depending on the conformation, the material provided, the means of traction ... etc.

In order to better understand the invention, it will now be described in an illustrative and nonlimiting manner with reference to the appended drawing which represents

in Figure 1: a schematic profile view of a heel casing with heel cap placed on an original heel of a shoe;

in Figure 2: a schematic view of. profile of a wrap-heel. without a butt;

in Figure 3: a schematic profile view of a heel casing modifying

the shape of the original heel;

in FIG. 4: a front view of a traction means;

in FIG. 5: a front view of another traction means;

in FIG. 6: a front view of another traction means;

in figure 7: a top view in a heel casing

in Figure 8: a top view in another casing-heel.

Referring to Figures 1, 2 and 3, there is represented by 1, the upper of a shoe, by 2 the base sole, by 3 (dotted) the original heel, by 4

the good end of the original heel, by 5 the heel casing, by 6 the possible good end of this casing 5. This casing 5 which can therefore be essentially different; in Figure 1, with a new heel 6 and of general shape similar to the original heel 3; in Figure 2, of general shape of the original heel 3 but without butt; in Figure 3, of general shape different from the original heel

3 but with a new butt 6.

Referring to Figures 4, 5 and 6, it can be seen that the casing 5 has a flange 7 folded down at right angles, flange 7 which fits into the slot (not visible) between the original heel 3 and the sole basic 2.

As the material used, at least for the upper part of the casing 5, is hard but slightly elastic, the casing can be opened and the rim 7 can easily be passed in front of this slot which has, like the rim, a rounded U. Then, to insert and hold the rim 7

in the slot to tighten the ends 8, 9 of the U, which is achieved by a traction means, figure 1, 2, 3, and 4: a leaf spring 10 which, flat, separates the ends 8, 9 of the U and which, concave or convex, on the contrary

brings them together; FIG. 5: a zipper 11 which brings the ends together over the entire height of the envelope 5; Figure 6, an elastic 14 fixed to the ends 8, 9 of the U.

Depending on whether one wishes to make an envelope 5 intended to permanently cover the original heel 3 or an envelope 5 intended to be removed after having been placed, in the first case it is possible to use the solution of a spring 10 becoming concave. seen from the outside when the enclosure is attached

f <EMI ID = 4.1>

(Figure 7), or an elastic 14 (Figure 6).

In the second case, one can use a zipper 11 (Figure 5) or the solution of a spring 10 becoming convex seen from the outside when the envelope is fixed (Figures 1, 2, 3, 8).

It should be noted that the spring 10, in particular in the case of a spring becoming convex, can be fixed either to the casing 5, near the ends 8, 9,

either to the original heel 3.

A large number of different embodiments are possible; in fact as the part where the traction means (10, 11, 14) is located corresponds to

the rear part of the original heel and is therefore barely visible, except in return: - before the shoe, part 12, 13 of the envelope which must cover it can be limited to part of the heel height original 3 or even form only two small edges (12, 13 reduced) in the same way as the edge 7.

The material of the heel casing 5 may also constitute its coating, tinted or not. Encrusted ... etc, this could be the case of a metal heel casing, or on the contrary it can serve as a carcass for the installation. a leather covering, for example; in this case, this carcass may have a smaller dimension than the covering and consist only of a ring limited to the upper part of the casing-heel described and shown. This rounded U-shaped ring with flange 7 should have only a sufficient height to place and or fix the elastic means, except in the case of the closure. slide 11 (figure 5).

In the embodiment shown in Figure 3, however an entire carcass seems essential for the good performance of the coating, if the latter. is provided in flexible material; this is not the case for the others

embodiments and in particular when a zipper is provided.

Other traction means can be provided; or even that this traction is carried out manually (it is only a matter of bringing together the ends 8 and 9 of the U) and then of providing a way to maintain

the traction exerted for which pressures can be provided, adhesive fabrics, like "Velcro".

It should be understood that if the coating constitutes the carcass, this coating can itself serve as a support for any decorative means as it can itself be this decorative element.

When the envelope 5 is, as in the case shown in FIG. 3, larger than the original heel 3, the empty part may or may not be filled by an independent element or incorporated into the envelope 5.

From the very fact that the heels are at their most straight but generally tend to thin from top to bottom as well as from front to back; he

It suffices to be able to move the rim 7 apart slightly and to make a slight rearward movement in order to be able to release the envelope; then it can be completely removed either from front to back or from top to bottom. The present invention is therefore not limited to the embodiments described and shown and one would not depart from its scope by making modifications thereto.
