Description

(figure 4 planche I ) ry et éventuellement les poteaux mitoyens (figure 10 planche I).

(figure 27).

(figure 16) lorsque cela s'avère nécessaire.

Benefits of the system.

1 - All the elements are light, less than 25 Kgs

therefore they can be handled and assembled quickly.

2 - All elements are simple in design and can be

assembled by unskilled labor.

3 - All the elements are designed for a modulation of 10 cm.

therefore this system can be adapted to any type of construction, to any architecture.

4 - This system allows the construction of interior partitions

at the same time as the exterior walls without it being an obligation.

5 - Certain elements of the system allow the construction

in joint ownership.

6 - The space provided between the element plates allows insulation

important walls. The characteristics of this insulation will be used depending on the type of insulation product.

7 - The space provided between the element plates also allows

the laying of the various conduits and pipes without preliminary work. or special finish.

Method of assembling the elements.

The implementation of the various elements will be better understood with the help of the assemblies shown on Plate III in which it should be noted:
- According to figures 24 and 26 which take a sectional view of a wall built with the system, we notice that the base on the ground consists of a traditional foundation in reinforced concrete or not, with brickwork topped (or not) traditional masonry 30 oz thick (22). This masonry is intended to reduce any differences in level of the building land.

Insulation against rising damp is provided before installation of the system elements (23).

Finally, traditional masonry must be perfectly placed at the water level and contain at this same level the upper face of the floor slab (24) or prefabricated elements on cellars or ventilated spaces. The slab will eventually receive a metal frame at the locations of the interior partitions.

- According to figures 22 and 23 which show all the lateral assembly modes both in external or party walls and partitions it was noted that all the connections are made invariably by the interlocking grooves (2) and vertical studs (5) of trapezoidal section (see figure
27).
- The realization of a construction by means of this process is done by successive layers. as follows :

- on the traditional seat we place the corner posts
(figure 4 board I) ry and possibly the adjoining posts (figure 10 board I). <EMI ID = 15.1> intermediates (figure 7 plate I) are placed alternately up to the level of the window sills, taking into account the door openings and French windows which receive from the start a bay post (figure 13 plate II) of each side.
- at the level of the window sills, the window openings are marked according to the plan and provided at each end with a bay post (P.B.) <EMI ID = 16.1> desired to place the door and window lintels

(26 and 27) which are each composed of two pieces showing an interval between them of - 5 cm allowing the installation of an insulation (25). These lintels have approximately the same height as the elements of the system so as to be embedded in the mass of the penultimate layer of elements.

- The last layer of elements does not include any corner post (figure 4) party post (figure 10) or intermediate post (figure 7) of plank I, these being replaced by partition posts (figure 19 plank II) at the rate of 2 PCs per PM or PI, the upper corner post being replaced by a decorative wooden element of section 8/20 with overhang on the main facade and rear.

This replacement of the posts, after pouring the insulation (30) and the vertical connecting concretes to complete the assembly with an internal belt beam in (lightly) reinforced concrete (28) intended to receive the

- Regarding the use of these elements for cloi- <EMI ID = 18.1>

that the assemblies are also made by 2 'interlocking grooves (2) - vertical pins (5) of trapezoidal section
(figure 27). The T-posts (figure 16 plate II) are used to bond the interior partitions to each other or to the exterior walls.

The 90 [deg.] Angles of the partitions are made with the same elements cut off from a wing. The element plates (figure 1 board I) are linked together by the partition posts (figure 19 board II) or by the T-posts
(figure 16) when necessary.

- Regarding the horizontal and vertical connection of <EMI ID = 19.1>

of synthetic resin, placed in small quantities with a trowel and pressed between the elements until refusal to obtain a joint (horizontal or vertical) of 3 mm (29) maximum.

- It should be noted that in the case of multi-storey construction, reinforcements may be provided in the slab with vertical risers on standby at the locations of the PA, PM and PI posts to be connected to the reinforcements of these posts.

It is obvious that the invention applies to all types of elements, the dimensions of these, given on plate IV being purely explanatory.
