Description
Il s'agit d'un système de captation d'énergie solaire basé sur le principe de l'effet dé serrée et composé de deux sous-ensembles principaux;le premier consiste <EMI ID=1.1> couvertures,le second est composé d'une structure supportant les cadres remplis d'isolant et portant les absorbeurs d'énergie solaire. Le sous-système inférieur comporte les éléments suivants: I)des éléments structurels�a) formés de profilés en forme de T renversé.La semelle comporte en sa partie <EMI ID=2.1> resserrée par deux pattes destinées à servir d'appui <EMI ID=3.1> à soutenir des accessoires et des appareils lumineux à servir d'accrochage aux panneaux de revêtement. Les bourrelets de la partie allongée(d) sont <EMI ID=4.1> en forme d'équerre,servant de calage auxcadres. <EMI ID=5.1> destiné à la fixation par clipage, enfilage ou vissage du sous-système supérieur. 2)Les cadres sont composés de profilés(k) destinés à : contenir l'isolant (l);une plaque (n) peut éventuellement soutenir l'isolation.La partie supérieure des profilés (k)comporte une gorge enserrant un élément souple(p) de fixation de l'absorbeur.La rigidité du cadre est assurée par des profilés disposés orthogonalement en forme de U et/ou de double té assemblés au profilé(k)par vissage,serrage,clipage, soudure,emboîtements ou à l'aide_d'éléments rapportés. Une autre couche d'isolant(q) est disposée sous l'absorbeur. 3)Le profilé (r) assemblé par clipage, collage ou serrage à l'élément(a) permet de terminer le capteur pour effectuer-la transition soit avec une partie vitrée, soit avec tout autre type de couverture ou de mur. 4)Des ailettes(s) permettent de ménager éventuellement - un espace destiné à recevoir-ou non une autre couche de matériau isolant. Le sous-système supérieur peut comporter: I)Un élément (t) en matière élastomère solidarisant les parties (b) et(u) tout en assurant une coupure thermique. 2)La partie (c) recueille les eaux éventuelles de condensation ou d'infiltration et se fixe à la partie supérieure massive du té renversé par clipage ou enfilage. 3)L a partie (u) comporte des simples ou doubles gorges munies ou non de joints(w) d'étanchéité en matériau élastomère et des simples ou doubles canaux d'évacuation des eaux en bout de profilé. 4)La partie supérieure(x) comporte des simples ou doubles gorges munies ou non de joints d'étanchéité en matière élastomère.Elle- est assemblée à la partie (u) par clipage, vissage ou enfilage.. L'élément (y) empêche l'infiltration de l'eau par le trou de fixation de la vis.
