Abstract

Procédé de préparation d'un film de caoutchouc chloro- ou bromo-butyle vulcanisé, comprenant (a) la préparation d'un mélange d'un latex de caoutchouc chloro- ou bromo-butyle renforcé au noir de carbone avec des agents de vulcanisation; (b) la formation d'un film de ce mélange et (c) le séchage du film, et caractérisé en ce que le latex contient un ou plusieurs émulsionnants choisis, le système de vulcanisation contient des amines polyfonctionnelles et le film séché est chauffé pour en provoquer la vulcanisation. Application à la production de revetements, d'étoffes imperméabilisées, etc.
