Ensemble 10 à plis ou épaisseurs multiples comprenant un pli extérieur 21, un pli intermédiaire 24 et un pli arrière 25 des bandes de marge de commande 30, 31, un bord longitudinal du pli extérieur étant saisi dans une 30 desdites bandes de marge, les deux bords longitudinaux des plis intermédiaire et arrière étant saisis dans les bandes de marge, la partie du pli intermédiaire qui se trouve directement derrière le plis extérieur étant détachable du reste du pli intermédiaire, ce reste étant fixé par des moyens adhésifs périphériques au pli arrière en formant une pochette.
