Abstract

Dispositif d'éclairage (ou dispositif à ballast) consistant en un redresseur transformant une tension alternative de secteur, en une lampe ou tube haute pression avec une lampe à vapeur de sodium haute pression ou une lampe à halogénure métallique haute pression, de préférence à puissance réduite, et un élément en série limiteur de courant, avec en outre, en cas de besoin, un dispositif d'amorçage. Il est caractérisé en ce qu'un élément série est disposé directement à la sortie de courant du redresseur (3) ou au plus par l'intermédiaire d'un élément en série ohmique (4) et en ce que cet élément série contient la lampe haute pression (1) et un filtre inductif (2).
