Abstract
Le dispositif ou lampe (10) comprend des enveloppes externe (12) et interne (20) coaxiales. L'enveloppe interne (20) loge coaxialement un filament (24) basse tension et renferme une atmosphère gazeuse halogène ainsi qu'un gaz de remplissage sous forte pression. L'enveloppe externe (12) est revetue à sa face interne, d'un film (14) transmetteur de lumière et réflecteur d'infrarouges. Le dispositif renferme également différents systèmes de commande pour réduire une tension alternative typique d'alimentation de 120 volts, et pour appliquer la tension alternative ou continue réduite au filament de basse tension (24) logé dans l'enveloppe interne (20).
