Le dispositif pour le chargement et le déchargement de réservoirs est établi comme dispositif de basculement amovible en comprenant un cadre de support (2) et un bati basculant (3) articulé au cadre de support. Ce cadre de support (2) peut etre relié de façon séparable au chassis (5), constitué en plate-forme de chargement, d'un véhicule (6) qui forme alors un véhicule spécial par sa combinaison avec le dispositif monté sur lui, tandis que l'enlèvement du dispositif permet d'utiliser le véhicule comme véhicule normal.
