Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un corps creux par extrusion et soufflage de matière plastique, dans lequel on alimente en matière plastique une extrudeuse et une filière (3) d'extrusion, à la sortie de laquelle on obtient une paraison (28) ébauchant la forme du corps creux et dans laquelle on souffle de l'air cette paraison étant ensuite introduite dans un moule 86) présentant une empreinte (7) du corps à mouler; le moule (6) étant ouvert, on souffle de l'air dans la paraison (28) jusqu'à ce que sa longueur soit égale à la longueur du corps creux voulu, puis on coupe le soufflage d'air pour obtenir une paraison dégonflée (31) on ferme le moule (6) et on souffle de l'air à forte pression dans la paraison (31).
