Abstract

Dans une mémoire pour un enregistreur de données de vol (10), les unités de mémoire à semiconducteurs (26) sont encapsulées dans une cire organique synthétique (28) qui présente une transition solide-liquide à une température : (a) supérieure à la température de fonctionnement normale de la mémoire (10) et inférieure à la température de crete acceptable pour les unités de mémoire (26).
