Abstract

Procédé pour la production d'un sel détergent ou d'un mélange de sels détergents d'une teneur en matière solides de 50 à 85 % en poids sous forme d'un milieu aqueux pompable, consistant à neutraliser un acide sulfurique et (ou) un acide sulfonique organique par un agent de neutralisation en solution ou en suspension en formant, sur la paroi d'une zone réactionnelle, une pellicule du mélange des réactifs, dont l'épaisseur est limitée par un dispositif de balayage, à éliminer la chaleur de réaction et à soutirer la pellicule formée sous forme d'un produit aqueux pompable.
