Abstract

On utilise une plaque de test (38) présentant une série de puits (40); on enduit au moins certains puits (42) avec un antigène au virus de leucémie bovine; on introduit dans les puits un tampon ELISA contenant un agent bloquant pour résister à la liaison non spécifique; on introduit les sérums testés dans les puits directement ou après le mélange avec la solution bloquante; on introduit un analyte enzymatique dans les puits et ensuite un substrat chromagène; on lit ou on arrete la réaction; suivant la couleur des puits, on effectue une détermination.
