Abstract

The agricultural implements e.g. power mower blades or top cutting discs are driven by a pulley from a tractor power off take and are attached to the drive shaft by a shear bolt. - The bolt is threaded at both ends one end for fixing the tool, its support and a spacer to the shaft and the other end for attaching a retaining nut and disc. ADVANTAGE - The drive train and bearings section are protected by providing an overload shear zone in the attachment bolt.(0/3)
