Dans ce dispositif, entre l'anneau porteur de mécanisme de roulement (7) et l'anneau porteur de segments (9) est intercalé un premier anneau porteur intermédiaire (11) rattaché à l'anneau porteur de mécanisme de roulement (7) par l'intermédiaire de guidage en croix (12) et de vérins (13, 14) à l'aide desquels il peut etre déplacé dans son plan par rapport à l'anneau porteur de mécanisme de roulement (7).
