Abstract

Procédé de préparation de courroies trapézoidales par découpage d'un rouleau 7 en forme de manchon, en courroies trapézoidales individuelles, le rouleau vulcanisé étant placé sur deux cylindres 5,8 et tendu au moyen d'un des cylindres 8, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau vulcanisé est tenu en raison du poids propre du dispositif de tension 8,9,10,11,12, lequel est absorbé par une unité de support 13,14,15,16 lors d'un dépassement d'une limite préalablement déterminée et est alors compensé par l'unité de support, à intervalles et dans une mesure croissante, en fonction du nombre des courroies trapézoidales découpées et enlevées.
