Abstract

Het toebehoren bestaat uit een membraan 5 en wordt bevestigd, geklemd of gekleefd op het voorzetstuk (4) en beschermd door ring (7). De ultrasoundsproeier (1) is gemonteerd in behuizing (2) voorzien van een connector (3). Op deze behuizing is voorzetstuk (4) bevestigd door een klemsysteem zodat het snel ter vervanging verwijderbaar is. De holte (6) dient als weerkaatsingskamer dat door middel van het membraan weerkaatsing veroorzaakt, met als gevolg een fijnere verneveling, en door de toegenome luchtverplaatsing een meer homogene verspreiding.

  De uitvinding omvat een toebehoren dat dient om de sproeikarakteristieken van een bestaande ultrasoundsproeier te verbeteren. Voor de bestaande sproeier werd reeds een octrooi neergelegd door Lechler Gmbh & Co op 9-9-1982 onder het nr. 3233901 Duitsland. 



  Het toebehoren bestaat uit een membraan, (5) vervaardigd al dan 
 EMI2.1 
 niet geweven uit glasvezel. 



  / Het membraan wordt bevestigd, geklemd of gekleefd op het voorzet- stuk (4). met als binnenafmetingen 11.40 mm. diep, 14.56 mm. diameter. en beschermd door ring (7). 



  De ultrasoundsproeier   (1)   is gemonteerd in behuizing (2) voorzien van een connector (3). Op deze behuizing is voorzetstuk (4) bevestigd door een klemsysteem zodat het snel ter vervanging verwijderbaar is. 



  De holte (6) dient als weerkaatsingskamer dat door middel van het membraan weerkaatsing veroorzaakt, met als gevolg een fijnere verneveling, en door de toegenomen luchtverplaatsing een meer homogene verspreiding. 



  De afstand, de spanning, de vorm, convex of concaaf van het membraan t. o. v. de sproeier hebben een rechtstreekse invloed op het eindresultaat. 



  Dank zij dit toebehoren wordt de reikwijdte aanzienlijk verlengd door acceleratie van de luchtmoleculen de zg. (ultrasoundwind)

Claims (4)

  1. REVENDICATIES l) Het membraan al dan niet geweven of geperforeerd kan vervaardigd zijn uit minerale of kunststoffen o. a. glasvezel, carbonvezel, kevlar, mylar, polyamide, teflon, metaal e. d.
  2. 2) De gebruikte materialen zijn niet beperkend voor de uitvinding
  3. 3) De diameter van het membraan alsmede de afmetingen van de weerkaatsingskamer kunnen gewijzigd worden.
  4. 4) Het voorzetstuk en het membraan kunnen bevestigd worden d oor lijmen, klemmen, schroefdraad, magnetisch, bajonet systheem e. d. EMI3.1 Voor eensluidend afschrift : EMI3.2 Jean Michel Anthony en J. G. Gilman als afgev. beheerder Tomtec n. v. dom
