Abstract

La barre à béton est filetée sur une certaine longueur qui sera vissée dans le manchon. L'extémité de la barre à béton est graduellement conique provoquant un centrage dans le manchon. Ainsi le filetage se fera facillement. Quand les 2 barres sont vissées l'une contre l'autre dans le manchon, toutes les charges à reprendre seront reprises axialement. Cet accouplement augmente considérablement la rapidité d'exécution et évite la destruction des manchons, provoquée par un mauvais engagement du filet.

    B) DESCRIPTION de l'état actuel de la technique.
    Il existe différents types de manchons d'accouplement à filets cylindriques ou coniques se bloquant par vissage.
    C) INCONVENIENTS de l'état actuel.
    Il est difficile d'engager et de visser de grandes et grosses barres dans un manchon fileté. Bien souvent l'entrée du filet
    est difficile d'accès et plusieurs essais infructueux parviennent à détruire complètement le filetage du manchon le rendant inutilisable.
    D) DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION.
    La barre à béton est filetée sur une certaine longueur qui sera vissée dans le manchon. L'extémité de la barre à béton est graduellement conique provoquant un centrage dans le manchon.
    Ainsi le filetage se fera facillement. Quand les 2 barres sont vissées l'une contre l'autre dans le manchon, toutes les charges
    à reprendre seront repris axialement.
    E) AVANTAGES qu'apporte l'invention..
    Augmente considérablement le rapidité d'exécution et évité la destraction des manchons, provoquée par un mauvais engagement
    du filet.
