Abstract

Des éthers aminocyclopentyliques répondant à la formule (1) dans laquelle R1 est -H ou -CH3; n est 1, m est 2-4 et X est -CH=CH- ou -CH2CH2-; ou n est 3, m est O est X est trans -CH=CH-; Y est un groupe aminohétérocyclique saturé; R2 est (1) naphtylalkyle, thiénylalkyle, phénylalkyle, substitué ou non, ou (2) cinnamyle; ainsi que les sels et solvates de ces composés. Ces substances inhibent la thrombo-agglutination, la bronchoconstriction et la vasoconstriction.
