Abstract
Des peptides répondant à la formule Glp-X-Lys-Pro-Tyr-Trp-Pro-Pro-Pro-Y-Tyr-Pro-W-C où X = L-alpha-amino-acide neutre ou acide; A = H ou groupe acyle, alcoxycarbonyle, aralcoxycarbonyle, alkyle ou aralkyle protecteur du groupe amino; B = H ou groupe acyle, alkyle, aralkyle, alcoxycarbonyle ou aralcoxycarbonyle protecteur du groupe hydroxy phénolique; Y et W = L -alpha-amino-acide neutre; C = OH, amino ou Or, NHR, NHR, NR2 ou NH-NH-R' ; R = alkyle en C1- C11, phényle ou aralkyle en C7-C14 et R' = H, R, acyle aliphatique en C1-C11, alcoxycarbonyle en C3-C11 ou aralcoxycarbonyle.Les peptides synthétisées sont utiles dans des procédés de traitement thérapeutique chez l'homme ou l'animal et notamment une stimulation de la sécrétion de la prolactine prituitaire, elles exercent des effets sédatifs inhibant le transit intestinal, et sont antipyrétiques.
