Abstract

Vitrine comportant une cuve (2) à l'intérieur de laquelle se trouve une contre-cuve (6) munie d'un fond (7) qui définit le plan de présentation, un intervalle (14) étant ménagé entre la cuve (2) et le fond (7); un conduit (12) de distribution de l'air froid est raccordé à une unité de réfrigération (9) et débouche dans la contre-cuve (6) sur le plan de présentation. Une ouverture (15) dans le conduit (12) fait circuler l'air froid dans ledit intervalle (14), un déflecteur (16) étant placé dans le conduit (12).
