Abstract

On utilise un lamifié constitué d'au moins deux couches de torons dont les fibres se croisent mutuellement dans des directions désordonnées et sont liées sommairement l'une à l'autre par une faible quantité d'un agent liant en poudre. Sur le matelas de torons, on pulvérise une solution controlée de résine synthétique expansible. On presse le matelas de torons jusqu'à ce que la solution controleé de résine synthétique expansible ressorte sur sa surface avant que cette solution ne commence à se transformer.
