Abstract

Procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau, revetu de caoutchouc a)enduire un arbre (2) d'une couche de colle (4); b) déposer une couche de caoutchouc (6) sur la partie centrale et c)réaliser un revetement en caoutchouc (8) et (10), d'une dureté supérieure à celle de la couche (6) sur les parties latérales de l'arbre (2), d) appliquer une pression sur les revetements (8) et (10) et e) lier les différentes couches de caoutchouc par vulcanisation, le stratifié adhérant par la colle (4) à l'arbre.
